9 Ch. 7.2 To Be Stronger (2/2)
”You know your role as a supporter to help your comrades right?”

Your role is not just to supporting your comrades from behind or healing their wounds or increasing their mana or so on. Supporter plays the most important role in slowing down the opponents and keep an eye from behind.”
”Ehh? But my magic is just supporting my teammates and can't be used against the opponent like Raphtalia's and everyone.”
”Don't mistaken for that. Your job is way greatest than the others. You'll assist your team. So, the training will be a little hard for you. I'll show you some new skills that make you powerful as a supporter.”
”What skill it might be?”
Then Luc-chan showed her the stand pose. He's using her left hand and hold his right shoulder while his right-hand point to where he wanted to launch.
”I called this, [ZERO ZONE]…..” as Luc-chan introduce the new skill to Layla he launched it in front him on the ground.
There's a black circle appear in the ground where the diameter of the circle in about 5 meters long. Inside the area of the black circle, there's a very powerful pressure against the ground until the ground break little by little. And Luc-chan stop by then.
”If anyone was inside the Zero Zone, they'll be pushed on the ground as there is heavy pressure fall above them. It'll feel like a great burden pushed them.”
”That's really amazing.”
”What will you is, you'll control your magic to pushed against the river nearby.”
”Ahhh, that's why I was placed here. Alright, understand. So, the next skill is?”
”hmm, next one is summoning a servant.!!!!”
”Waiit!! What??are you for real? With the state I have, I can't perform any summon magic yet. I'm still a Goryu rank.”

”Well, my first training is already tough. But training to summoned a servant a bit too much for me. I'll give it a try.”

”So, are there any other skills do I need to learn?” asked Layla.
”One last thing. Since you're a mana producer and healing wounded teammates. Among all the supporter, I supposed you know what is the biggest magic a supporter ever do. Right?”
”Did you mean, PARADISE GATE ?”
”Absolutely that's it.”
”Oh my gosh. That's a magic that heal wounds, produce mana, increases teammates' speed and strength or abilities in a long range. Or rather I can say it was for the whole battlefield range.”
”You'll learn that too. Train yourself. I wouldn't be able to teach you how to do it because it's your role. You have to achieve it yourself within this month. I hope you're a fast learner. That's all for you.”

Then Luc-chan come over to my place. He bring two pair of iron that has a cylinder shaped. It looks like the stick of a sweeper. But this is different. Luc-chan put it in front of me

”Finally, little Lylia. You're weak in producing mana so, you're practicing using this. You'll have to battle with me this whole month.”
”EHHHHH!!!! What the hell?? Only battling with you with this some kind of heavy stick?”
”Yes. You'll regret of what you've just said. Let's started taking on of this. You'll have a battle with me, so I won't give you any mercy. Your training is all about physical.”
”But I also wanted something new like the others” I was disappointed.
”What're you asking? You're about to learn something new. Just take one of those.”
Then I take one of the iron stick. This is crazy, it was so heavy until I need to use both of my hands. I almost can't even swing the stick like I swing my light sword. It was about 10 kilograms more or less.
”Hey, this is too heavy. I can't move freely with this heavy stick.”
When I see Luc-chan take up the other stick, he swings it like he swings the light swords.
”How can you swing this damn stick. Was so heavy errr!!!” I asked instead.
”Well, you'll have to get used to it.”
Then Luc-chan brings me to a wider area. And he started the usual training as I train daily with Luc-chan before. But this time he told me to use different stuff from the wooden sword I used before. This is so heavy. Luc-chan again and again hits me without showing mercy. I could see his movement while hitting me, but my slow reaction because of the heaviness, I got hit by him. It is just about 15 minutes, I've wounded too many little scratches but too much of swollen.
”I can't do this anymore Luc-chan, I'm being hit by you every time I want to counter.”
”Move your ass quickly. Don't just let your opponent hit you unstoppably. You're saying that you want to be stronger as you state right now?”
”Look at this, this thing is way not fit for me.”
”Well, I guess you have to think up something on your own to use this heavy iron.”
”I don't have enough strength you see.”
”Nope Lylia!!!you're wrong. I tell you this, you're way stronger than the others in terms of physical attack. You realize that this all time, I never teach you something that will require a lot of mana right? All your training is based on your best potential. You're just like your…”
”Like who?” I wonder what Luc-chan wanted to say.

”Ehhh???there's too many heroes. I don't know which one you mean by.”
”Anyways, I'm going to make you stronger than any other Hero. You actually have hidden power that you didn't realize. You inherited it from your families' blood.”
”Luc-chan knows about my family?” that hits me and I wonder about what he knows about my family.
”Well, you'll know it if you finish your training for this month. So keep training and I'll consider about that.”
”Hey, that's cheating.”
”Better you continue training or else….” Luc-chan hits me with a sudden attack.
”auchhh!!!”
”or else I'll never tell you about your family.”
Sh*t , what else I can do. Because I really wanted to know about my family, I have to train harder and harder. Luc-chan really pissed me off. He knows many secrets, yet he never told me about it.
So we all ended the first day of training until exhausted again. When we get back home, we wanted to be healed by Layla's recovery magic. Unfortunately, she's also out of mana. Luc-chan seems to bring something to us. It was like a glass of green juices maybe.
”Girls I bring something for you. I forgot to bring this but you all better take this RECOVERY POTION for your training tomorrow. For now , just drink this potion and you'll be healed.”
”ehhh???? What kind of potion is this ? Never heard of it?”
”This is a traditional potion used by humans in ancient times. Now they seldom know about the traditional way to recover one's body and mana.”
”Is that so, I'll drink one.”^.^
All of us take one and drink. Honestly, it tastes like the onion water but not long after that, we can feel the effect already. It really heals our wound and recovery the mana quickly.
”Maou-sama this is so helpful when ones are dehydrating of mana or wounded. We won't need to take a long rest anymore. ”
”Good job. Don't hesitate to take each one in a bottle with you tomorrow. So, you can keep training.”

”thank you maou-sama.”
And that night we take a rest. To make it short, I would say that in these 30 days of training, we wake early every morning and continue our training as usual. Of course in the first week often complain about how hard the training is given by Luc-chan, yet we still keep training and think of a new move. Seren always comes back with an angry face as she was triggered by the fallen leaf that she can't cut or even touch it. She might be a short-tempered type person maybe. What weird is she often closed her eyes everywhere she goes. It looks like she's training her instinct even in the house.
While Raph-chan keeps moving her feet and walk down and up the stairs and sometimes she jumps even she didn't need to. She really into her training. It must be hard for her. Well Layla acts strangely as she's using her magic to push something. She also asked us if there's anything we want to get, she's willing to take it. Luc-chan, what have you done to my innocent friends uwu. While Luc-chan still awake in the late-night prepared some of the Recovery Potion for us every night. Me? I always practice with Luc-chan but never get better I think. But recently I manage to swing it according to my mind. I can now move the sword according to what my mind was thinking. Luc-chan moves sometimes a bit tricky. Thanks to Luc-chan, training with him, makes me learn many variable move on the ground. Until now, I still wonder where did he learn all of that moves. Why he is strong. Hmm, someday I'll know for sure.
In our second week, we get used to the surrounding. Yet we still keep getting the same result. We haven't reach Luc-chan expectation. The second week is really hard too. It's undeniable we still exhausted and out of mana every day we get back home. Even though we bring the recovery potion together, it seems not enough for a whole day. Then the third week, we have done a little effect from 2 weeks of training. I'm so proud of my friends, Raph-chan manage to shoot all the targets, but she still needs to train her speed to her full potential.
Seren is now capable to gain mana naturally, but she needs a long time to gain it. However, she's the who makes the ground shaking after she transformed to her Amon Rage just to know how long can she hold in that mode. While Layla doing some explosion. She's already mastered the ZERO ZONE skill and now she tries to summon a servant. Every time she failed, she'll just make an explosion. I don't know what kind of servant will she summoned. Here I am, with this annoying pervert demon. But now we're rivals in the battle. He seems to get more serious in attacking me because I also improve a lot when battling with Luc-chan.
However, his attacks are way too tremendous for me. Once he hit my stick, I barely stunned for a while and slow to react for the next attack. I'll have to be careful every time I got hit. Until we all finished our 3 weeks of this month. This is the last week and our last personal training in this month. Know what? All of us already reached as Luc-chan expected.
Seren is now more quieter than before. She has learned to over calm her short-tempered attitude in her training. What more interesting that she never tell us about what happened to her AMON RAGE training. All we know is that she can now gain mana from nature. There's no need for her to drink any recovery potion. Raph-chan is also incredible. I heard that she's now able to move like a professional marksmen. She's now can shoot 7 arrows at once. That's amazing.
Moreover, she learned new things from Luc-chan's training. That's to predict where will the opponent move. That's one of her dangerous skill. Layla is now capable to slowed her opponent by using magic. Apparently, she could attack her enemy while slowing the opponent. Plus, she already summoned a powerful servant. I didn't see them yet. While for me, I was so happy that I was able to hurt Luc-chan for the first time. I never touched him or even land a single attack on his face. But recently, Luc-chan feels a little sad because he was being hit by me.
And today is a sunny Sunday. The last day of our second hell training. Luc-chan gathered us, and he teleports us to a place where there's no other person unless just a few hills and trees and a wide field.
”Maou-sama, why're we being brought here?” asked the lovely Layla.
”Hmm, since today is the last day of your training. I think there's no more training for today. But to show how stronger have you become from the training. ”
”ehh??? We'll be battling?”
”Exactly. All of you had already learned the things that I teach you. Now you'll be proving to me how far have you gotten since the day you all came here. ”
”Ohh no”
”Oh my oh my. Didn't expect I need to show my true power again.”
”Well, you'll be on a team of 2. Layla will team up with Lylia and Seren will team up with Raphtalia. That's all, I hope you're ready for the battle. ”
”YES SIR!!!” all of us replied bravely.
