36 I Love You (1/2)

After her conversation with Charles, Amy reached Rachel's home.

Seeing her joyful face, Rachel guessed the result of the interview. Though she already knew how this will end, she is happy for Amy.

She has taught her best to Amy for these past three months. Her grasping ability really surprised Rachel. She knew that if given a proper chance Amy will definitely succeed.

Upon seeing Rachel, Amy smiled widely giving her a thumbs up. ”I got it”

All this time, she was in public so she maintained a calm face. But now being with Rachel she can express her feelings without being stopped.

Laughing, Rachel just appreciated her. ”Remember..this is just the beginning. You've so much to do ahead.”

Hearing her advice, Amy nodded seriously. She is already aware of that.

After chatting a while with Rachel, Amy went up to her room. She can't wait to share this news with Ryan, but she wanted to do it in person.

She first refreshed herself and texted Ryan to meet her in the evening.

Ryan had been expecting her message. He already got the information from Charles. But he wanted to see Amy's face while revealing him the news. Without much thought he texted back agreeing with her request.

That evening upon reaching Rachel's home, he just went upstairs to Amy's room.

He doesn't want to disturbed. They rarely get time to be together.

Hearing the knock at her door, Amy opened it. She was surprised to see Ryan there.

She knew that he'll visit her but never expected to see him in front of her room.But she can also understand why he had done that.

She invited him in. ”Wait here.. I'll get something for you.”

”No..I can't stay longer. Have a meeting to attend.”

Amy is bit disappointed hearing that. Nevertheless she understood that her husband is a busy man, so she doesn't take it to heart.

So she just sat down on the bed, facing Ryan who was sitting on the chair.

She kept looking at her husband for a while before taking a deep breath.

”I've got a new job.” Though Amy tried to sound calm, her voice betrayed her. She was thoroughly excited to reveal it to Ryan and her face is full of smiles.

Upon seeing his wife's smiling face, Ryan too smiled gently. ”That's great!! As expected of my wife!”
