Hearing her affirmative answer, a slight smile apperaed on Charles's cold face.

Taking out his visiting card, he said: ”Good... Then be on time. Contact me after reaching our place.. I'll escort you.”

Getting the card, Amy found out that the person in front of her is the assistant of the CEO.

No wonder he had a such a charisma around d him!!

”Sir..but my position??” He hasn't told her about her position at Dark Horse. She knew her job is an assistant, but to whom..she has no idea.

”You'll be our CEO's new assistant.”

”...”

Amy blanked out for a second.

But...you..”

Seeing her stuttering, Charles said: ”I'm retiring. I'll be around there to teach you certain things..but then you have to take care of everything.”

The sudden news is too much for Amy to handle.

Being an assistant for Dark Horse's CEO is on a whole new level. But hearing that Charles will be around to help her adjust, she sighed in relief.

She is tensed but has the confidence.

Opportunities are rare. So when encountering one, it's better to make use of it rather than losing it in a moment of weakness.

Amy steeled her resolve. Her heart is brimming with joy, but her face showed just a slight smile.
