25 First Date 2 (2/2)

Ryan turned his head sideways to look at his wife, who is again day dreaming. The expression she wore is similar to their first meeting. At that time when he saw her, he felt an unexplainable emotion in his heart. He wanted to comfort her.

Now, again his heart is in a turmoil. He wants to hold her but at the same time is worried. He wants to tell his wife that he loves her but is afraid of her reaction. He is a coward. He is her husband, yet still he doesn't dare to touch her. ”Damn it!!!” He cursed himself under his breath and then closed his eyes.

Looking at his wife for a long time...he is afraid that he won't be able to control himself.

After his eyes are closed, Amy woke up from her thoughts and she turned to look at her husband. She stared at his handsome face. Before a month, he is a stranger to her. But today, she can't even imagine a future without him.

Right now, she really wish to rest her head on his broad shoulders.

She yearned for his warmth, but is afraid. Looking at him for a while, Amy then teared her eyes from him. Wait...That is the only thing she can do at present. She sighed thinking this.

After exiting the park, Ryan took Amy to a nearby restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere is harmonious and both of them enjoyed the lunch.

For their next target, Ryan again left the choice to Amy.

Without hesitation Amy said: ”Home”

Hearing the answer, Ryan frowned. ”You want to return? But..it's early.” He wanted to spend some more time with Amy so her answer made him a bit irritated.

Sensing that her husband has misunderstood her answer, she again explained: ”I mean...our home.”

”Our home.” Hearing that Ryan's heart screamed in joy. She didn't say ”Your home” instead she used ”Our.”

A single word, but it meant a lot to him. He stared at his wife for a while before answering.

”Sure.”
