25 First Date 2 (1/2)

After escaping from Ryan, Amy fell into a dilemma. She doesn't know whether her husband really meant when he said that he had forgotten to release her. Her emotions are in a choas. She has never been this close to a man before. Even now she can feel his warmth and smell around her.

While thinking this, Amy has started walking faster leaving her husband behind.

Ryan is absolutely dejected after seeing his wife maintaining distance from him. Though this is not the first time, right now the distance between them seemed..a bit..too far.

Left with no choice, Ryan called her. Only after the third time, Amy reacted and turned to look at him.

Reaching her, Ryan asked: Amy... You know that we're a couple...right?”

”....”

Seeing that his wife has no clue about what he is talking about, Ryan had an urge to cry.

”Just...look around you”

Amy started examining the park. She found many couples and everyone is enjoying their time. Some are holding hands and some are chatting but the common thing is everyone's face is filled with smile.

Seeing them, Amy finally understood why her husband has asked the question. After entering the park Amy immersed herself in admiring nature, totally forgetting about her husband. Remembering that he has been walking behind her all this time, she felt embarrassed.

She looked at her husband and stammered: ”That...I..”

But before she could make a full sentence, Ryan said in a pleading voice: ”You can enjoy as much as you want...But at least walk together with me... Please..When walking behind you more or less I feel like a bodyguard..”

Looking at her husband who has an expression of an innocent child who has been wronged, a laughter escaped from her mouth. Laughing she nodded her head accepting her husband's suggestion.

Ryan's mood too softened upon seeing his wife's laughter. With a chuckle, he walked with her. After strolling for while, both of them settled themselves on a stone bench.
