A cliff?

After hearing the story told by Xia Nuan, Mi Ke’er frowned deeply.

Maybe Lacy had fallen off a cliff and died.

She thought of this, and felt more worried.

Xia Nuan closed the book, noticing that Mi Ke’er was in a bad mood. She handed the book to Wuyou, “Take your young brother and sister to see pictures there.”

Wuyou took Nianci and Ansheng to the sofa.

Xia Nuan lifted the quilt, got up, and walked towards Mi Ke’er, “Are you missing Lacy?”

Mi Ke’er returned her mind, pretending to be indifferent, and said, “No. Why did I miss him? Maybe as Luo Lan said, he eloped with a young girl. If he doesn’t care about me, why do I care about him?”

She said in an angry tone.

“Don’t believe Luo Lan’s words. Actually, Ye and I are suspecting that Luo Lan has something to do with Lacy’s missing. Lacy left his trace in the mountain he climbed that night, but we couldn’t find him there. I think he must get lost. Don’t worry so much.”

What Xia Nuan said mitigated Mi Ke’er’s anxiety about that. She held Xia Nuan’s hands and sighed again.

Xia Nuan cheered her up, “Ye has been looking for him secretly. Maybe he would find him soon.”

Mi Ke’er could no longer pretend, her tears rolling down, “I hope so.”

The two women embraced together.

Next day, Luo Lan injected a sedative for Ye Sichen, and he cooperated as before. When Luo Lan left, he uncovered the artificial skin which Luo Lan had not found.

Xia Nuan walked out from the bedroom.

Ye Sichen was thinking about something, and when he saw Xia Nuan, he walked up and cuddled her on his lap, “How did you come out? You should take a good rest.”

He put his warm hand on her chest, and slowly touched, “Are you feeling better? I’m always worried about your injury recurring.”

Xia Nuan held around his neck, and shook her head, “I’m fine. I almost recuperate. Did Luo Lan just leave?”

Ye Sichen nodded, “Yes.”

“Injected this medicine, you should have some reaction. If you have been acting normally, Luo Lan will be suspicious of us.” Xia Nuan reminded in a light voice.

Ye Sichen tidied the hair in front of her forehead to the back, “I don’t want to forget you. What should I do?”

“You just need to pretend to suffer from amnesia, not really forget me.” Xia Nuan touched his forehead, and her eyes were full of tenderness.

Ye Sichen kissed on her lips softly, and then asked her with a serious look, “Nuan, what if I really lose memory and don’t remember you?”

Xia Nuan startled for a moment, “Then I will let you remember me by all means.”

“But if I can’t remember you at all?” Ye Sichen stared at Xia Nuan with his eyes full of sadness.

“Then we will start again. I want you to know me again.” She said firmly.

Ye Sichen said nothing. He just smiled emotionally.

Xia Nuan couldn’t help but kiss on his chin, and then, her hands fondled his body crazily, “Ye, I love you till the ocean is dry and the mountain is cracked.”

Ye Sichen was aroused by her touching. He had not been intimated with her for a long time. For the sake of her health, he had been restraining his sexual needs. But tonight, she was out of her control, and kept alluring him all the time.

Ye Sichen took a deep breath, but it helped little, “You are too weak to do that thing. Just stop.”

“Don’t you miss me?” Xia Nuan begged.

Ye Sichen’s eyes became deeper and deeper, and he pressed her moving hands tightly against his chest, “I miss you. But I want you to recover soon.”

“I’ve recovered.” Xia Nuan shook off his hands, ripping his shirt violently. She was so enchanting.

Ye Sichen’s body was burning fiercely, and he could not restrain his fire any longer. He reached out, pulled her into his chest and kissed her deeply.

The long-lost happiness spread over their bodies, as fierce as powerful floods and as gentle as a little stream.

Ye Sichen looked at Xia Nuan who was lying on the desk, completely losing his mind, and he kissed her violently, indulging in the pleasure of climax.

After a whole night lingering, it was almost at the noon when Xia Nuan woke up. Ye Sichen was not there. There was only Mi Ke’er and the three children.

Ye Sichen was invited by a music company to participate in a guest performance. He refused at first, but the music company required him to participate because of his bankruptcy. He took nobody but Luo Lan when he left.

Xia Nuan was a little worried, and wanted to send Ken or Di Luoke to accompany him. But they were both not there.
