Wallace doesn't know how these magicians behind him are feeling right now.
The final battle is getting closer and they might be nervous about the result of this battle. If they lose, there would no longer be any force within the planet that could fight against the Empire.
There might be Celestials in the Northern Continent but the place is too chaotic with the existence of Mana Calamity and Mana Void appearing almost everywhere at any given time.
It is wishful thinking that the Imperial Army would decide to suicide there. In short, their current united army right now is the only force they could put their hopes to.
'I'm not good with speech or giving encouraging words… Ace should be better at this.'
Wallace thought as he glanced at the man. They are currently using one of the Transatmospheric Battleship named Magnificence.
The other battleships behind them are named Trance, Excellence 2.0, Providence 2.0, and Transcendence 2.0.
They have decided to use this spaceship as their Flagship since it has the most number of Radiant Wave Generator or in short, it has the strongest defensive capabilities among the five battleships.
The others had focused too much on their offensive powers with the mounted satellite-class weapons like the Super Mesospheric Altitude Gun and others.
”Ace… We only have about 20 more minutes before we reach the border. You're supposed to give the final encouraging words to them, right?”
Wallace took Ace's attention who is currently monitoring the surroundings using the Spaceships' System Interface.
The man squinted his eyes after hearing Wallace. He has no idea that there would be something like that. However, after thinking about it, it indeed makes sense to have some kind of battle cry before the start of the battle.
It will increase their morale and it would greatly affect the battle.
”I think that you can do better than me.” Ace replied. Before Wallace could even reply, he added.
”I already did something similar in the recent battles that we've had. It's your turn now. Anyway, as long as the both of you charged in front, I'm sure that everyone's morale would go high.”
Ace smiled at him as what he said was indeed correct, Wallace's presence alone could greatly affect the morale of their magicians.
Not even his master, Grand Arcanist Slaine, would have such influence in front of such a mighty force.
”Haa~ Very well…”
Wallace sighed as he decided to just accept the task. Anyway, this is the last thing he could do since he had disappeared for quite a long time after all.
Right now, their number had actually exceeded his expectation.
Apparently, they are expecting to have at least 150,000 Magicians in their midst after combining the forces of every country that are still willing to help.
Their expectation is this small considering that plenty of magicians have decided to just stir away from the alien's path. It is unfortunate but this is what they decided in order to achieve a way of survival.
