Chapter 17 (1/2)

CHAPTER 17 STARTING TO DEATH

Who knows how scared she was just now. Linda sighed and said, ”It's not easy for someone to take care of a child. Little Ze, look at how scared your mommy was. You can't run away next time.”

”Mommy is sorry, I'm sorry, I definitely won't run around.” The little guy was also scared, he didn't expect to scare Mommy to this extent.

Linda came forward and gently patted Cheng Yaoyue, ”Alright, relax a little, the child is back.”

After a few seconds of fear, Cheng Ziyue finally reached out and pushed the little guy's face out of her shoulder socket, giving him a serious look.

”Where did you go?”

”Mommy, I … I didn't go anywhere! I just went to the building across the street. ” After saying that, he pointed at the pyramid that pierced through the horizon.

Cheng Ziyue was so scared that her blood froze, she said angrily, ”How can you run so far away? ”You know there are a lot of people on the street. What if you turn around and run away?”

Although the little guy had a reason to go, he didn't dare to say it out loud. Afraid that Mummy would be angry again, he raised his little hand and promised, ”I don't dare to go again, Mummy.”

Cheng Ziyue sighed, but still held him tightly in her arms again. This was something even more precious than her life. If she really beat him and scolded him, her heart would hurt even more.

This false alarm left Cheng Yaoyue with a lingering fear for the next few hours.

She told the little guy not to run away, and to draw and write in her office. The little guy was very obedient, quietly drawing and probably inherited his mother's talent.

Cheng had a lot of old ma.n.u.scripts that had not yet been used, and they were designed to be very meaningful, so she turned them over and carefully modified them. That night, she showed them to Linda.

Linda looked very satisfied. Now, all she had to do was wait for Shen Junyao's inspection.

In the evening, Cheng Xiaoyue brought her son home for another serious education. The little guy felt wronged, but he didn't dare to speak the truth.
