Lawrend Horiel is a red-haired teenager who lives in the wealthiest merchant family in Lanika City

One day his father left, he said that Lawrend shouldn't think about getting any maids, and that he would be back after six months.

The night when his father left, an assassin named ”Aleshia” visited him.

She was a beautiful and professional young woman at the age of 18. She was known to take assassin jobs that the other assassins in Lanika City would not take.

As a result, she landed the mission to assassinate Lawrend, the son of the wealthiest merchant in the city.

She tried to kill Lawrend, but he offered to bribe her. Because of her need for money, she accepted it.

But when she left after getting the money, she dropped her pendant. It contained the picture of her little sister that Lawrend promptly used to his advantage.

With the picture in hand, Lawrend set a bounty that would greatly anger Aleshia. He put a bounty to capture her little sister.

Because of this, Aleshia visited Lawrend again. This time, he was ready.

He immediately offered her a deal. She would escort him on his dangerous journey, and he would remove the bounty on her little sister.

Aleshia didn't think that was enough. To further convince her, Lawrend promised her to save her little sister.

In the end, Aleshia agreed and she became his first maid. The two then set on a journey to Sheron Port City.

Throughout the journey, Lawrend kept acting naive. This made Aleshia speculate that he was doing it in purpose.

In this time, Lawrend adopted a pet slime named ”Allen”. He was bouncy and liked to eat grass.
