6 The First Figh (2/2)
”Of course I can take on all 3 of you, any one of us could take on all 7 of you and come out unscratched!” I laughed provokingly. These guys were just untrained troublemakers, who were begging for a beating. Easy.
”Uh huh? Well then let's fight and we'll see who's laughing!” the man shouted angrily. He then signalled to the man next to him to begin.
The guy ran at me, with no weapons at all, looking to ram his fist into my stomach. I waited until he was an inch away and stepped to the side, sticking my leg out so the man tripped and fell flat on his face. Before he could get up, I smacked him across the head with the side of my blade, knocking him out cold.
The group leader gritted his teeth and signalled for the girl to try. She grabbed a knife from her pocket and started running towards me, aiming the knife at my throat. As she drew near, I ducked and elbowed her chin as I came back up. She fell to the floor.
The man stared at me, like I was an invincible devil. I simply smiled like nothing happened. He scowled and drew a katana from his back (He had some kind of holder) and charged at me. Because of the length of his weapon, dodging would be complicated and frankly boring.
From my free hand, I produced a katana, made out of ice and shadows, and blocked his attack. He swung again, but I counteracted it. I was about to block him for a third time, when I suddenly had an idea.
The man hit my blade and knocked it out of my hand. He smiled wickedly, as he started backing me towards the wall.
”Wait!” I shouted ”Please don't kill me! I'll do whatever you want!”
Chloe and Oki looked at me alarmingly, and I gave them a wink, they nodded back, realising what was happening.
”Well,” the man said ”You are very pretty, I wouldn't mind spending a few nights with you.” He looked at me hungrily.
I smiled seductively. ”That can be arranged.” I said flirtatiously, while playing with a lock of my hair.
He backed me up against the wall, looking me up and down. He raised his hands, wondering where to start. Just before he could touch me, I suddenly flung my arm behind his back, and stabbed him with my dagger. The hunger clouded his brain, and he forgot I had another weapon. Perverts are so easily tricked.
Chloe and Oki, who had been watching, looked at me agape. ”That was awesome!” Chloe exclaimed. ”I thought we weren't going to kill them?” Oki asked, laughing. ”Yeah, well that one deserved it.”. I replied. I surveyed our handy work. ”Well,” I laughed ”That was fun.”. ”It was indeed,” Oki said ”But I'm concerned they'll be found before we have a chance to escape this village.”.”I'll summon some enchanted fog, which will not only hide them until we leave, but also keep them asleep.”
After Chloe had used her magic, we exited the alley and disappeared back into the night, heading towards my house so our plan could be formed.
