202 The Terramancer—Camus (2/2)

The one who replied was Mu—the fifth in command of Twelve Zodiacs who was acknowledged by the clan. He was an even stronger Field Commander than Saga who was fourth in command—a Level 49 Terramancer and also a Field Commander which threatened Saga the most.

Originally because their target was Slayer's Heart who possessed the Magic Penetration Skill which could counter Terramancers, it was unsuitable to send a Terramancer against them. However, Mu's Elemental Perception: Earth was able to help detect the elusive Tier 4 Aquamancer. As for Slayer's Heart, he would be dealt with by Camus the seventh strongest in the clan, which should be sufficient.

The command from the Clan Leader of Twelve Zodiacs was relayed.

”Great! Now everyone listen carefully. Except for those who are in Mu, Camus, and Saga's party—return to the main city!”

”Huh...”

Saga was bewildered. Just as he was about to say something, Shaka's voice was heard again in a more grim tone.

”This is an order!”

In Silentdeath Jungle, the Twelve Zodiacs Clan members who were previously ordered by Saga to head toward the active scene stopped abruptly and begin to use their Return Scroll.

While hidden in the dark and just about to make a move, Qin Ruo abruptly canceled his skill, looking toward the location where several Twelve Zodiacs' members disappeared. A tinge of uneasiness flashed through his eyes.

'Why did they suddenly teleport?'

Are they afraid just after only tens of people were taken out? The Twelve Zodiacs Clan can't possibly be afraid to finish what they started!

As he was unable to comprehend it, the sound of rushing sounds made by players was suddenly heard from the jungle—approaching him from afar.

'Newbies who got lost?'

As the thought flashed through his mind, Qin Ruo made his decision, while warning Slayer's Heart and the guy, he silently hid behind a tree and used his Elemental Perception: Water to ”see” the situation over there.

Their equipment were decent. They were fully equipped with Gold tier—there was even an Elementalist fully equipped with Dark Gold Equipment. Qin Ruo furrowed his brows. It seemed that Twelve Zodiacs had finally realized what was going on and did not want to suffer anymore unnecessary casualties. Thus they were only sending in their elite of the elites—preparing to engage in a battle with equal prowess.

Although the Class combination of these five people (Three Elementalists, one Bowmaster, and one Berserker) was not a concern to Qin Ruo, three of the Elementalists had activated their dual defense. Furthermore, Qin Ruo would not take the one fully equipped with Dark Gold Equipment lightly. He was well aware that in elite clans, equipment also symbolized the person's strength—the better the equipment, the stronger the person! This guy... he was probably as strong as Saga...

Against such a strong party, Qin Ruo was not confident enough that he could take them down in one shot. Even against the two fully equipped with Gold Equipment Bowmaster and Berserker… he was uncertain that he could take them out instantly!

Besides that, Qin Ruo was certain that these were not all the players sent after them by Twelve Zodiacs.

If he could not ensure that he could escape unscathed after his attacks landed successfully, who knows what the Twelve Zodiacs would have prepared to take them down. In other words, this would be a tough battle.

Right after Qin Ruo had sent his message to inform the other party of seven to avoid the five-man party advancing route, one of the Elementalists who advanced another thirty meters suddenly stopped and kneeled halfway. A faint dirt-yellow glow emerged from his palms and was gently applied to the ground.

At that moment, a strong sense of uneasiness was felt by Qin Ruo.

An inexplicable feeling rushed through his body. His Aquamorphed body which was exceptionally sensitive instantly had the feeling of being caressed by a surge of an elemental wave.

And it was at that moment, with the help of Elemental Perception: Water that he was able to clearly sense that the Terramancer's body had a slight tremor which was could be hardly be noticed by the naked eye.

'I was discovered'

Qin Ruo took a deep breath and began to turn tail.

”He's here! Right over there… chase him!”

Mu anxiously shouted behind him.

”I have been discovered. Going to lead them toward you guys. There are five targets—one of them seems to be Field Commander level Terramancer. I will distract them while you guys prepare to ambush them! Be quick and decisive!” Qin Ruo informed them as he began condensing to activate his Frostbarrier.

Slayer's Heart replied instantly, ”Don't worry just lead them over here!”
