Chapter 93: Explosive Burst. (2/2)

Looking down, he felt a chill go down her spine.

There she was, ducked down emerging from the dark flames, lunging towards him with both swords thrust out.

He thrust both his knee at her, but with the speed at which she was moving, he wasn't going to make it in time.

Despite that he grinned. He steeled, his glowing abs waiting for the edge of her blade to collide.

The moment she did, not only would the explosion be set off sending her flying backwards but she'd also get kneed at the same time, giving him one clean blow to end things.

Even if the blade did end up piercing him, he could easily heal through it and the explosion would be set off.

*Pierce*

*BOOOOM!* *BOOOOM!*

The blade pierced through and his knee crashed into her face. Two explosions went off.

Delta suddenly burst away, flying towards the wall at high speeds, before crashing into it, right beside the young girl who she had been trying to save.

The young girl paniced as she turned to check on her. Blood could be seen flowing down Delta's head.

Seeing this the horned one began to laugh as it was his victory.

”HAHAHHA! IT'S MY... Huh?”

A confused expression grew on his face as he looked down. Her blade had managed to impale him.

Normally that wouldn't have been a problem. He could simply pull it out. However, this blade wasn't the Katana which she had been holding on a second ago.

Rather, it wasn't even a blade. It was pure flames of darkness in the shape of the blade.

He tried grabbing it, but it had no physical form. The flame ended up spreading even further instead.

”What...? What is this!?” He asked as the look of terror grew on his face.

The pain was unimaginable, he was being scorched from within as the sword had pierced completely through.

Delta whose entire figure had been implanted onto the wall, slowly pushed herself out before taking a step in his directions.

”Dark Flame Blade...”

She stretched her opened hand out towards him, before closing it.

”Consume.” She muttered.

At that moment, the sword which had impaled him instantenously ruptured out in pure flames of darkness, engulfing his flesh as it consumed him.

”ARGHHHHHHH!!!! MAKE IT STOP!!!”

His blood-curdling screams of pain, echoed throughout the underground hall which was already at it's limit.

His figure covered in burning flames, resembled hell itself. The more she watched, the more traumatised the young girl grew

”AN INFERIOR BEING DARES KILL ME A NOBLE!? I'LL TAKE YOU ALL WITH ME!” He yelled out.

A bright glow proceeded to flash from within the dark flames as they expanded. Light began to seep out, spreading throughout the entire room.

Delta's eyes widened. He was going to explode.

She quickly grabbed onto the young girl, before getting into a stance.

[Dark Flame Blitz!]
