An Elemental Overlord was an existence that was inferior only to an Elemental King. It was not a presence that could be seen frequently.

The remaining 28 Adventurers were all long-range jobs like Mages, Hunters, Warlocks, High Priests, Priests, and so on. Every job expected was present. They were distributed evenly throughout the surroundings.

Although they knew that Phoenix’s healing amount was extremely high, the mental pressure that the Demonic Blaze Overlord had given Dragon Epitome was just too much, so he still pulled a few other healers in the team to help heal him before feeling better.

“Their formation looks quite decent, but what about their strength?” Xiao Yu thought in his heart as he raised the Demonic Blaze Hammer in his hand.

As the final Boss of the dungeon, the Demonic Blaze Overlord, there were three battle stages in total, which were the so-called P1, P2, P3.

In the P1 stage, Xiao Yu could only use two skills: Great Flaming Fireball and Burning Trail, which were both AOE skills. After entering the P2 stage, two new skills could be unlocked: Elemental Door and Flamestrike. When he entered the P3 stage, he could unlock Star Storm and Explosive Burn. Xiao Yu’s strategy was extremely simple. First, he would use Great Flaming Fireball and Burning Trail to deplete the HP and mana of the Adventurers. Then, when their HP bars were low, he would make use of the Flamestrike from the P2 stage to crush the formation of the Adventurers in one go. As Flamestrike covered the entire map and its damage was extremely high, once it was used, basically half of the Adventurers would normally die or be in critical condition. Afterwards, Elemental Door would be used to wipe them out.

This strategy had allowed him to wipe out numerous Adventurer teams. Up until now, not one team had been able to take him to the P3 stage. He could only hope that this strategy would be useful today too.

“Scoundrel, do you dare to battle me!?” Once the battle began, Dragon Epitome activated taunt. This made the icons of the surrounding players completely darken, meaning they were now unable to be targeted.

Xiao Yu sneered and vigorously flung the flames in his hand. A fire ball the size of a train smashed downwards.

“Hehe, this is an AOE skill, so it’s no use even if you taunt me.”

Boom! When the explosion was heard, all the Adventurers in the back scattered to dodge the attack.

Xiao Yu raised his hand again and Burning Trail was released! A pathway of flames started spreading on the ground. The Adventurers had to attack while dodging, resulting in them being in a total mess instantly.

Xiao Yu released Great Flaming Fireball and Burning Trail one after the other, but he did not even take a look at Dragon Epitome, who was at his feet. Since those AOE skills did not need a target to be activated, there was no use even if Dragon Epitome taunted Xiao Yu, so he just allowed Dragon Epitome to keep on slicing him.

“Guild Leader, this Boss seems to not have single target attack skills,” said Phoenix in anger as she slashed towards the Demonic Blaze Overlord ferociously.

Normally, Bosses would have single target attack skills since killing one player was better than injuring 10 players. The damage of single target skills was higher than that of AOE skills, so as long as one could kill the tank, the Healer and DPS behind could be easily dealt with. However, Xiao Yu’s tactic was completely different. His strategy was to first use AOE skills to attack DPS and healers. Of course, it would be best if he could kill them, but even if he could not, he still wanted to deplete their mana and HP, making them exhausted, then he would wipe them out in one shot when he entered the P2 stage. Thus, Xiao Yu did not use single target attack skills at all.
