I look over at Honeto with brief surprise on my face before going back to my usual blank expression.

I turn to see Luna about to speak before getting cut off by our new sensei.

(Honeto) ”Now follow me Team 9 to Shushu-ya so that we can start our intro ductions.”

(A Few Minutes Later)

After walking for a little bit, we arrive at the relatively small restaurant. We order our drinks and sit down at an empty booth. Another few minutes pa.s.s before Honeto breaks' the silence.

(Honeto) ”Now for introductions, I'll go first. My name is Honeto Hyuga, an Elite Jonin and Council member on the Hyuga Clan. I like my family (The Pack/Hyuga Clan), friends. I dislike my enemies and my goal for the future is to make my family prosper (The Pack).”

After this she gestures for Luna to speak.

(Luna) ”My name is Luna Uchiha, I like my brother, friends and things that are interesting. I dislike boring things and mean people and I have no goal for the future.”

After hearing this Honeto smiles before gesturing to Kat.

(Kat) ”My name is Kat Nim, I like fruits and vegetables. I dislike meat and I also don't have a dream right now.”

(Honeto) ”And lastly you.” She says looking at me.

”My name is Rajen Inab.i.+.c.hi. I like my family and training. I dislike my enemies and idiots. I have the dream of creating a safe place for all of my family to live in harmony.”

After all of our Introductions we have some food to increase team bonding and after finis.h.i.+ng both Kat and Luna leave.

I turn to Honeto before asking.

”How is the headway into the plan?”

(Honeto) ”We are arranging the members to do as you have asked, Brak has also gone over to see the Hokage and will inform you of the discussion later.”

”Ok, gather the Old Blood's again tonight to talk through the start up. I need proper advisers tonight or I'm going to get nowhere.”

I see clear surprise on her face.

”What?” I ask puzzled.

(Honeto) ”You said you needed help, o didn't expect that from the way you addressed us before.”

'sigh' ”You need to understand something Honeto, I may be the Omega but I'm not invincible. I have a lot of flaws that will only be ironed out through experience, like the way I addressed you before it was thought out properly beforehand, every move I've made so far is the same. The current me needs the respect of you, Riko and Brak to get anywhere.” I stare at her before continuing ”Why else do you think I gave Brak the Elder Blood position instead of Riko who is more accomplished?”

(Honeto) ”So you were just tricking us with that?”

”No, you seem to misunderstand my point, as all three of you are worthy of the Elder Blood t.i.tle I gave it to the person you would want me to give it to as to give you what you would want and get you to trust me more. Do your really believe I'd show you my Kagune if not?”

(Honeto) ”Wait what's a Kagune?”

After this I stand up and start to leave.

”I respect you Honeto, even if you can't do the same back at least have the decency to show the same level of trust that I have in you as a member of the Pack.”

After this I fully leave the building and make my way home.

(30 Minutes later at Rajen's Home)

After arriving home, I start to go through my training routine. My current training is my Kagune Combat training technique.

'I have been working for these 2 months on combining it with the Beast Human Taijutsu, what am I missing?' I think to myself frustratedly.

Feeling annoyed and losing the motivation for training, I slowly walk back inside the house.

The house is small but homely. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. As I walk through the front door, I notice my adorable pup playing with a ball in the corner of the living room.

”Kenron I'm back.” I say show my caring gaze towards the young wolf.

(Kenron) ”Big Brother!” He excitedly screeches as he runs towards me.

”How has your day been pup?”

(Kenron) ”I'm fine Brother, It's boring here though.” He says with a dejected look.

'I really need to get him out more.' I think to myself before saying.

”I'm free at the moment would you like to go on a hunt?”

(Kenron) ”Sure!” The wolf squeals excitedly before running off towards the forest.

(1 hour later)

I look up to find Honeto, Brak, Riko, Kei and Sena entering the room.

They walk to the middle of the room and kneel in front of me.

”I wish for all of you to individually introduce the task that you have begun to undertake and their results.”

They look at me with conviction before Brak stands and bows towards me.

(Brak) ”Lord, we have completed the majority of minor starting tasks to achieve your objectives.”

”Good, but I'm looking for more detail. How was the meeting with the Hokage?”

Looking to Honeto she answers.

(Honeto) ”Lord the Hokage has agreed with our expansion in the village as well as his own clan.”

Then looking over to Brak and Riko silently.

(Brak) ”Lord I have personally started expansion into the Nara and Yamanaka Clans, it is a slow process but we have started to influence some of the younger clan members as for the older members we are struggling, both of the clans are incredibly smart so we'll need to take a more open approach to them.”

(Riko) ”We have made large strides into the Inuzuka Clan and even though we have no knew conversions we can afford to be more aggressive with our recruitment due to our positions in the clan.”

I then turn back to Honeto to hear the rest of her report.

(Honeto) ”The recruitment of the Hyuga members will be a tough venture, the clans have an elitist att.i.tude towards others and until you become stronger we'll need to be careful of them.”

'Hmm interesting, I wasn't expecting Hiruzen to give in so easily.'

”Ok, what needs to happen now is all of you need to be cautious. We need to full integrate the Inuzuka within the next few months. The Hyuga's can wait until I become a Chunin but I still want the Hyuga Pack members to slowly influence their members, I would also like to start looking into the seal on your heads to remove them. Finally, with the Nara, Saturobi and Yamanaka we need to keep slowly influencing them, but leave the Nara and Yamanaka clan heirs to me.”

After giving out these orders I look over to Kei.

”Kei, I would like to hear from you now.”

(Kei) ”Lord we have already bought 6 small businesses off of their old owners and hiring them to work there for a good wage, these families are also showing good respect and growing loyalty to the Pack for the improvement of their lifestyle. Other than that, we have started to negotiate with the village to start buying up available land for future use by the Pack.”

'Impressive thinking by those two.' I think whilst gathering the information I just received.

”Well done Kei I am impressed with your improvisation of your task.”

(Kei) ”No Lord it was Chikafusa hard work that made it happen.”

”Sto...” I started to say before I was interrupted.

(Brak) ”Stop Kei, as with me becoming Elder Blood the Lord is looking above rank to the person on the inside. You have done good work a deserve the praise along with your comrade.”

”I couldn't have put it better myself Brak.” I praise before look back at Kei.

”You're doing well on your own but I would like to give you more precise instructions. First, keep buying small businesses like you've been doing, but avoid medium sized businesses. We need to control the lower end of the market before we expand. Next buy up large plots of land, we need a large plot near to the outer wall behind the Inuzuka Compound to set up a main base for the Pack, we also need to more large plots one for a company headquarters and another for a main shop, we will become a butchers to start with using our Ninken to help hunt, also start buying up as many butchers as possible around Konoha to gain monopoly of the trade.”

I next look over to Sena. She looks back and nods with a hardened gaze before saying.

(Sena) ”Lord, we have started to look into information on the different missing-nin and groups you've mentioned, we have also sent out different Jonin out with help from the Hokage to search for the Iburi Clan and send people to influence the Tsuchigumo Clan. We have also tried to influence the civilians and s.h.i.+n.o.bi from Iwa with little luck yet.” After finis.h.i.+ng this sentence, I look into her eyes to see worry.

”Good job Sena.” After these words she goes from worry to relief. ”You have done more than I had expected after a day. Your job is the hardest at the start Sena but I need you remember that this is also the most important for our future safety. Now I would like you to carry on with the way thing currently are but try to put more focus in getting supplies to the Yuki, Inoraben and Inibangun members and make sure to start making use of a couple of their members for missions. Also, you need to send some members out to secure small businesses in other Hidden Villages and also the Fire Capital.”

”Now we've finished you are dismissed, Brak and Honeto stay behind I need to speak to you.”

The other three members slowly leave. I turn to sit on a chair at one side of the room and gesture for them to done same.

After they're seated, I speak. ”Honeto, I need you to arrange a meeting with the Hokage tomorrow during your meeting with him. I would also like to make sure that the Jonin instructors Kakas.h.i.+ Hatake, Kurenai Yuhi, Asuma Saturobi, Maito Gai and Yamato. Tell him that we will go after the team training tomorrow if he accepts.”

(Honeto) ”Yes Lord.”

”Now you are dismissed, I would like to speak with Brak alone for a while.”

In this instant she flickers away. I sigh and slump down.

(Brak) ”What's wrong Lord?”

”I'm just tired of having to rea.s.sure you more powerful members that you good at what you do Brak. Now to the point, we need to start building up the Pack again from scratch. We need a Council, Military, Internal Defence, Espionage Department, Secret Guard, Business Management and Elite Forces. Any Ideas? I have a few of my own but I'd like to hear your opinion about this first.”

(Brak) ”Indeed as we have started, we need to begin a plan for a sound infrastructure.”

He stops and rubs his chin in thought.

(Brak) ”Lord I believe for the Military, Business Management should be open to talented members from all backgrounds in the pack. Whilst the Secret Guard should be made up of the most promising members from each clan and should be made to resemble the s.h.i.+n.o.bi guards of a Daimyo. The Elite Force should be made up of higher skilled members of the military. As for the Internal Defence and Espionage Department they should be mainly take up by the Hyuga and Yamanaka Clans when they come under us along with any talents found outside of them. Finally, I believe that the Councils should be split into to parts, the Clans should each get a voice along with one for the s.h.i.+n.o.bi with no clan and the civilians. The other part shall be made up of the Alpha, Beta and higher-ranking Elder Blood.”

”Hmm, I agree with your pints for the most part. But we need to establish a more mixed grouping for Internal Defence and Espionage Department as it will give the Hyuga more power than they need, we don't want another Uchiha situation to repeat itself.”

(Brak) ”That is indeed true, we can trust the Yamanaka as they are loyal to Konoha, but the Hyuga are arrogant and although they are loyal they tend to only listen to power.”

”Indeed Brak, I've been thinking about what to do about loyalty. I believe the way to go forward is to gain the trust and loyalty of the clan heirs, Ino Yamanaka, s.h.i.+kamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi, Hinata Hyuga, s.h.i.+no Aburame, Luna Uchiha, Sasuke Uchiha, Kakas.h.i.+ Hatake, Naruto Uzumaki, Yak.u.mo Kurama, Konohamaru Saturobi and finally our Kiba Inuzuka. Other that I'll need to recruit are Sakura Haruno, Neji Hyuga, Hinabi Hyuga, Rock Lee, Tenten, Sai, Kat Nim and of course Hana.”

(Brak) ”That's a lot to take on alone Lord. Would you require some Genin to support you?”

”No need, I have already gotten closer to the Nara and Akimichi, also somewhat with the Yamanaka. Luna and Kat are my teammates and as Sasuke wouldn't let me be alone with his sister for too long I'm sure I'll be seeing Team 7 a lot as well.”

(Brak) ”That's good, if we can gain the Nara and Yamanaka heirs, we can influence their clan members easier, also we might be able to expand into the Akimichi Clan. As for Kakas.h.i.+, Luna and Sasuke they may not have Clans anymore but the positions that Kakas.h.i.+ and Sasuke have as the Heads of the Hatake and Uchiha Clans are powerful politically. As for your teammate Kat and Sakura, they have potential to become powerful with the right training and Sakura will help influence the civilian populous due to her mother's position.”

”They were my thoughts exactly.” I stated with a cheeky grin.

”Now head off to complete the tasks I've given you. See you next time Brak.”

(Brak) ”Indeed, See you later Lord.” He bows before he flickers away.

I look at the time, it says 8:30pm. 'I really should get some sleep.' After that i get ready and head back to go to sleep.

(6:30am at Training Ground 5)

I am currently standing around at the training field with Luna waiting for both Kat and Honeto to arrive for our training.

”So, Luna, did you manage to calm your brother down.”

She looks at me before sighing.

(Luna) ”No my brother has been angered by you and then his team member Naruto, so he was in a bad mood when he got home.”

”Sorry about that.”

(Kat) ”You're not sorry!”
