The arrival of the unknown group rise the guard of all of the member that still awake, they readying
themselves to fight once more if needed to.
”Calm down, these are the government's envoy that means they are our guest. Don't be rude.” The fiery Eva calmed down the tense situation, hearing her the member become relaxed and continue what they were doing.
”Everyone looks so tired, what had happened here?” The young man leading the group approach her. ”Why there are so many monsters being dissected here? I am sure that your father and boss Hendrick's group just arrived here yesterday right? There should be more than 200 monsters being processed here right now.”
”Hmph, you still dare to call him boss even after leaving his guild to join the military. Why you do not wear your military uniform and instead of wearing a suit?” Eva said seems to tease him.
The man not angry at her and instead softly said.”Boss had saved me when I was a kid and will always be my boss if my grandfather hadn't asked me to join the military. Do you think I will leave the guild?”
Both of them chatting merrily with each other, the other member who know well how Eva is were shocked by her att.i.tude. This demoness can talk normally like this without shouting at other people, she should just stay like this forever.
Eva brings the group toward the biggest tent in the campsite, it was used as a command center for both guild. Their leader was resting in that tent right now so Eva brings the group toward that tent.
”I don't know that she had such a good side in her, most of the time she would shouting at other people right?” Max and Hans were still awake to witness the event that happens just now, Max asked Hans about his opinion.
Hans opened his mouth and a said, ”She is not that scary I told you, she will only become a demon if you do wrong or you look annoying for her. By annoying I mean if you stare her with l.u.s.tful eyes most of the people that she shouted at would be in that category.”
”I guess you are right, the students that she shouts at most of the time we're staring at her body. Anyway, who is that man that lead the group? Miss Eva seem to know him from her friendliness.”
”That man is someone with a sad story,” Hans explained that man to him.
The man name is Ryouma Hayas.h.i.+. Previously he was a member of the Dragon's Roar only second to uncle Roman who is the vice guild leader and him even stronger than Samantha. His live in a small town in the Eastern Region with his family when he was a kid, the world transformation had begun and many monsters roam the land. In an unfortunate night, a horde of the monster was attacking their town, the town doesn't have enough power to resist the horde of monster and ended up being destroyed.
Hendrick who at his twenties lead his group of trusted comrade to clean up the town from the monster and save any survivor by the request of the government, during their search in the town for survivor they meet Ryouma that still a kid being chased by a monster. His father saves him from them and lets him join his group for his safety.
When his parents ask him about what happened to his family, he cried immediately and said that his father and mother were eaten by the monster when the monster broke into their house. His parents were eaten in front of his eyes and he can do nothing to help them, he only remembered his parents told him to run and live on for their sake.
