Chapter 144 - A Broken Heart (1/2)

”… But what makes me sicker is your concern for Raka. I am very angry. I'm angry because you care too much for Raka and it hurts my heart!” Aiden said.

From Aiden's words, Anya just understood how hurt Aiden was when he saw her with Raka. Her eyes got wet again at the thought.

”Aiden, I have no intention of hurting you.” Her throat caught as she said that. She had no intention of hurting Aiden. She was too stupid to act without thinking first.

”Now you know how much sadness I feel, right? In your heart, I can't be compared to Raka. I'll never be able to replace him.” Aiden said calmly, but his face was tense and cold. No tenderness like usual. There was no affection in his gaze. His eyes were cold as if pain had frozen all of his feelings…

”No. It's not like that.” Tears started rolling down Anya's face, ”I care about you. You are a thousand times more important than him.”

”A thousand times? That much?” Aiden asked. He wanted to laugh at that answer. Like a joke that sounded crisp...

”Yes.” Anya answered. She nodded seriously but Aiden still couldn't believe her.

”What else are you doing besides kissing?” Aiden asked in a cold voice.

Anya's face immediately turned pale at the question. Was Aiden angry because she had kissed Raka before? Did she not deserve to be with Aiden anymore?

She looked nervous when she looked at Aiden's face, ”Do you mind if I don't have my first kiss again?”

”How about you? Do you mind if I kiss other women and then kiss you?” Aiden asked.

”Of course I'll object.” Anya's voice grew weaker.

”I won't kiss you again.” Aiden's face was cold and expressionless, showing no feelings at the moment. However, his eyes looked deep and covered in wounds.

Anya could only cry. Aiden didn't want to kiss her anymore. Aiden already hated her now...

”Don't you want me anymore?” Anya asked in a low voice.

”I need time to think. Starting tonight, you move to the guest room.” Aiden said firmly.

”You don't want me anymore. You don't like me anymore. You want to throw me out.” Anya whispered. Her shoulders trembled as she sobbed.

Aiden didn't answer, but he heard Anya cry. His face looked impatient.

”Are you crying again? I'll throw you in the street if you cry again.” Aiden said in a cold voice, ”All of this is your fault, but you are crying louder. Shouldn't I be the one feeling sad?”

If Anya wasn't hurt, maybe Aiden would really have the heart to leave her. He needed time to stay away from Anya because being with Anya made him unable to think clearly.

”Aiden, I know I was wrong. But please don't send me to the guest room. I won't bother you.”

Moving into a guest room was like being dumped, left alone in a cold place.

Maybe she would never return to Aiden's room. After moving into the guest room, maybe Aiden would throw her away out of the house.

Inside, Aiden wanted to laugh. In the past, it was Anya who wanted to get away from him. Anya, who wanted to sleep in the guest room, separated from him. But now, things had changed.

Anya begged him so he wouldn't throw her into the guest room.

”You sit in the front. I don't want to sit with you.” Aiden said, lowering Anya from his arms.
