32 Chaos In Durban (1/2)

After the Demon jumped up, Greg raised his two swords up and waited for the collision.

In no more than a second, the Demon's terrifying black nails and Greg's boosted swords met with each other. None of them broke or got a scratch.

As they were hitting, slas.h.i.+ng, deflecting and counter attacking, Greg noticed that they were slowly, but surely going towards the ocean.

First Greg thought it was just a coincidence, but when he tried to dodge to the opposite direction, the Demon didn't let him.

He tried it out a few more times, but the result was the same.

”Why are we going towards the water? Is there something?” asked Greg from the Demon without the slightest change on his face.

”Kehe-Kehe!” The Demon just laughed hearing the question.

Greg tried to ask the creature a few times, but after seeing he couldn't make it speak, he decided to try out a trick.

While he was on the plane he tried to make use of the technique as he was walking, but whenever he did, the flow inside him would vanish instantly as he moved an inch.

After a lot of fails and unsuccessful tries, he thought about a thing.

What if he concentrates the flow in his body to one point while he stands still for a second?

As the Demon's nails were coming for him, Greg dodged and stood motionless as he was pointing at the monster.

In that instant the cultivation technique's power inside him flowed to his pointing finger and the s.p.a.ce distorted around the Demon. Water with some black dust in it came out of it like snakes.

As the water was slithering around the creature Greg said one word.

”Change!”

After that one word, something unexpected happened.

The water around the Demon started to boil to the point it was above 100C° and suddenly it got frozen.

The demon seeing this just smiled and looked at Greg but when it touched the ice, a huge explosion happened.

Fire and dust were everywhere. Some of the house's walls got blown away because of the abnormally huge explosion.

Some citizens thought a bomb got exploded somewhere else making them not dare to go out anymore.

After the dust dissapeared from Greg's view the creature with five of it's nails broken asked with shock,”Keahghh... What did you do?”

Greg with a smile answered,”Its nothing special. I made water with thermite in it. After boiling it I made it to freeze. As it gets into contact with something from the outside it will explode in no time at all.”

Of course the truth was that when the water appeared around the Demon, the cultivation's power flowed into his finger and it let him change the molecules in the water and change its character.

Hearing this the Demon didn't know what to say. It looked down to it's broken nails. Seeing them like that its smile got creepier and said,”Now you have done it.”

Saying that, it shook his hand and the broken nails grew back with insane speed. They looked as new as the old ones.

Not wasting any time it slashed towards Greg from above, but now it's nails got longer with each second.

Seeing that he couldn't teleported away, because he will get slashed into pieces with the next attack, Greg's brain has been put into full capacity and started to think for a solution. In a second almost more than a hundred route had been drawn in his head.

”It seems there's just only one way!” Thought Greg and with raising motion with his hand, earth blocks came out from the ground.

Even though it didn't gave him time, it made the attacks slower, giving him the opportunity to rush toward the Demon.

With two swords in his hand he teleported in front of the Demon.

Seeing the sudden disappearance and appearance from Greg it hit toward him with his other hand, but Greg crouched down and let it pa.s.s him above.

After he evaded the hands he changed his grip on the sword and cut it deep into the Demons forehead.

”Kegrhhggh!!”

With a strange shout the Demon fell down to the ground, without any sign of move.

Greg pulled his sword out and looked at the corpse in front of him. As he was about to put his swords away, something strange happened.

The Demon's forehead, where he cut its forehead, opened up and a red, terrifying looking eye appeared. With that the Demon slowly pulled itself up and looked at Greg.

”Kehlrgh!! You are dead! YOU! ARE! DONE FOR!!!” Shouted the Demon and suddenly it's eye got brighter than a sun making Greg to put his hand in front of his eyes.

Not long after the light vanished, he opened his eyes and when he did, he was utterly shocked.

In front of him, about 5 meters away the same Demon stood, but with a huge difference.
