16 Another Boos (2/2)

After a while later he thought about something, ”It should be ridiculous for first, but if it works then I will know next time what I need to do.”

With that he tapped the sword with his fingers and in that instant it's fabric changed. It changed into something squishy and wet. Just like a tentacle.

In that instant the tentacle started to s.h.i.+ne with black light. ”Woooaah!! So this is how it works! It can't boost everything, just things that has the same substance.”

While he was amazed with his judgment the tentacle seeped into the squishy sword.

But what happened next, amazed Greg. The sword turned back into it's original shape and hardness. No,It was much harder than before.

When he started to observed the sword he noticed a squid head on the sword's grip. When he watched the other sword, if maybe he missed the same sign, he realized that it also had one, but it was a faceless monster head with big teeth coming out if it's mouth.

”Amazing! So it has marking also. It shows that what monster you have killed.” saying that he turned his gaze back to the other weapon and held it.

”Soooo...? What is the new power? Oh! But before that let's go somewhere else, not to destroy this room, for safety.” And with a waiving with his hand the room changed into nothingness.

”So it works. With the element of s.p.a.ce, turning my surroundings into something else is possible. When I first tried this in Anthony's office it made me extremely exhausted. But now it was much easier than last time. So then...”

After he finished his talking he slashed with his sword. But what happened next made Greg speechless.

The sword after slas.h.i.+ng elongated, making the area where it can make damage much bigger. If a normal sword can make damage in an area of 1 or 2 meters, then this sword can easily hurt someone in a diameter of 50 meters... Yeah 50.

And what is more it's sharpness is just a bit weaker than the other one has.

”S-Scary. Just thinking about that a monstrous weapon like this can exist, is unbelievable.”

After practicing for a while in that interdimensional s.p.a.ce, he changed the scenery back to his room and put his sword away.

After doing that he took a shower, brushed his teeth, changed clothing and laid down into his bed.

After turning the lights off, he started to sleep.

[Next morning]

After he woke up he went down to eat. In the dining hall he saw Isla and Dorothy eating already so he walked there.

When he arrived next to them he greeted them, ”Hi! Did you have a nice sleep?”

”Ah! Greg it's you! Thanks, yes it was amazing. But what is more important that you and Dorothy made a huge show yesterday, didn't you Dorothy?” asked Isla, while smiling to her sister.

Dorothy not knowing what to response just averted her gaze. Her cheeks were already red.

”Haha...” Greg just laughed and scratched his neck.

When he wanted to say something, suddenly the microphones spoke.

”Ladies and gentlemen! We will arrive soon to our destination. So please, ready yourself for departure with your belongings. Also, if you want you can see the artificial city on the horizon. Until further information, have a nice day!”

Dorothy, Isla and Greg went out from the hall to see the swimming city.

When they saw it, their jaws almost hit the ground.

It was because what they saw was almost impossible. The whole city in front of them was so futuristic that people could see one only in comics or films. The ground was floating above the ocean almost 5 meters and the highest skysc.r.a.per was so high that n.o.body could see its top because of the clouds.

While they were looking at the city in awe the microphone next to them started to speak again.

”Young Candidates! Welcome To Academy of Hope!!!”
