Visser currently standing inside the Unity Hall, he is separated from Princess Starlight and her attendants as she has to greet other important guests who arrive earlier in her capacity as the Princess of Saint Dragon Mountains and a host.
The Unity Hall is a big and spacious hall, it was mostly built from wood material with exquisite Saint Dragon design, while the hall interiors simply illuminated by candles, lanterns, and the sunlight from the outside through the windows, so the inside is a little bit dark and it gives solemn and ancient feelings that were completely different from any human palaces Visser visited before.
He was conversing with Alderion who chose to stay with him. and there are other people gathered nearby, not only dragons and humans but also from other races such as the white elves, dark elves, lizardman, beastmans, and even dwarves mingled around while Saint Dragons servants attending them.
Most of these people are Saint Rank experts, Visser can see their numbers almost a staggering 30 people.
30 Saint Rank experts in one place, this number represents at least 80% of total Saint Rank experts that exist in the entire Greysia.
This is the first time for Visser seeing that.
This is not a trivial matter. All of them combined have the power to dominate all of Greysia and nothing can stop them.
But of course, their intention of coming here is not to do that, because just like Visser, all of them are The Covenant signatories and they were here under urgent summoning of the Saint Dragon Mountains.
Most of these Saint Rank experts are important people from many countries, races, and organizations, but there are some lone individuals who are not affiliated with any entities.

Both 2 people are females, one is a kind looking middle age woman while the other one is young and beautiful.
These 2 female is wearing an almost identical black purple dress with a long skirt that hides their legs.
”Greetings Lord Prefect and Lord Gallard, excuse us for the interruption.” The middle age woman greets both Visser and Alderion with a smile covering her lips.
”It's fine Lady Isola, nice to meet you again.”
”Yes yes... it's nice to meet friends from afar.”
Both Visser and Alderion also return the middle age lady greetings, and of course, both of them recognize her.
This middle age lady is Isola Regios, she is the Regios Clan Leader and also a Saint Rank expert.

”Thank you Lord Prefect, for the hospitality.” Clara bowed again as she thanked Alderion.
Meanwhile, Visser is still looking at her silently.

This terrifying event, which only lasted for 10 minutes, brought extreme fear to everyone's hearts that day, even Saint Rank individuals were not excluded.
Causing many Demons Beast to unsettle and start rampaging all over the place as they were extremely afraid.
Many reports even mentioned that some people and animals were frightened to death because of it, few of them are even experts at Grandmaster rank.
An event that can make Grandmaster rank experts scared to death?
This is truly no joke, and that's how frightening that thunder event is.
People didn't know the reason of why it happened at all, some said that it was the signal of the end times, while others said that the gods are angry and dissatisfied with the mortals, nobody knows exactly.
