Answered Long Fuxi who moved towardsLong Lao Er, as he paid his respect to his master and pledge to use her teachings for the good of Long Suanni and the Dragon Realm.

So Long Fuxi started explaining him.

”The first thing you need to understand is that the purer the Qi essence is in the environment, the more powerful your art can be.

Second, don't try to use all the Qi essence from the environment. You need to figure out how much Qi essence you can manage and you need for your art.

If you over do, you will end up hurting yourself or maybe even killing yourself.”

Long Fuxi kept explaining more theory, before they went to the practical part of the instruction.

In order to show him how to sense the external Qi essence, Long Fuxi went under the cold waterfall.

As the water covered her, it revealed the most amazing view Long Lao Er had ever seen.

The majestic peaks of Long Fuxi were totally visible, as she was moving and doing different Bajiquan movements, her peaks giggle up and down, left and right in an hypnotic way.

Long Lao Er was able to view them in all the angles he could imagine.

The cherries that had been partially hidden before had their form revealed to Long Lao Er in all their esplendor.

Long Lao Er went under the waterfall and started doing the Bajiquan forms he had been taught. Long Fuxi giggled when she saw that instead of doing elegant forms, he was doing stiff movements.

So Long Fuxi got close to Long Lao Er and took control of his body. She grabbed his arms and showed him the right way to do the forms.

As she was showing him the Bajiquan forms, 2 bountiful peaks were pressed against his back as 2 cherries poked his back. A fire in his dantian was turned on.

This fire spread wherever Long Fuxi's hand touch, his shoulders, legs, arms and chest.

While busy trying to help Long Lao Er understand the forms; Long Fuxi noticed that Long Lao Er's spear had appeared under his dantian. Embarrassed, the red face Long Fuxi applied a wave of Qi essence to turn of the fire on Long Lao Er.

Finally after having been able to grasp the correct way to feel the flow of the external Qi essence with the help of the waterfall current, Long Fuxi separated herself from his body.

So Long Lao Er applied the Bajiquan forms he learned and circulated the external Qi essence around him. The Qi essence merged with the water.
