The middle-aged man who was now entering the classroom appeared rather menacing, his thin physique and sallow skin only emphasized his large hooked nose. None of his features subverting the dark cold eyes plastered on his face.
The middle-aged man as if sensing the glare from Nora's eyes stared her down as he entered the classroom.
Nora perplexed by the sullen eyes of the man remained stunned until she heard a low voice from inside the classroom, ”Come in” even furthermore confused if the words were directed at her, she stood there silently slightly expectantly, ”Yes you, come inside” the low voice spoke again confirming Nora's thoughts.
Nora and Percy meekly walked into the classroom unsure of what to expect. The black-robed man had already made himself at home. An immense stack of textbooks were stacked onto the teacher's desk.
”Could you two help me put out the textbooks?”
Although Nora didn't mind doing a little labour, she couldn't help but think to herself, 'Why don't you just use magic?'
As if reading Nora's thoughts the middle-aged man responded, ”Little girl, magic may but sometimes one must remember one's beginnings.”
Complying both Nora and Percy assisted the rather odd man with distributing the myriad of textbooks to the empty spots, which students would soon fill. Nora naturally having a much easier job carrying the hefty textbooks.
Throughout the process of laying out the textbooks Nora kept contemplating the words the man had said, 'one must remember one's beginnings'. Those words held a very close resemblance to a mantra Nora had learned for breaking past the Golden Core Realm of cultivation. The process of destroying the golden core created within oneself and imbuing it into the soul of oneself required one to, 'return to one's origin'.
Nora's contemplation only disturbed when she noticed that the once imposing stack of textbooks had disappeared and a flow of students had begun entering the classroom. Noticing that Percy had already taken a seat, she promptly joined him.
