Arthur's first time being possessed by a black skill seed made him very angry because he assumed that he was tricked. It was Thea who possessed him first and she told him it was very normal to be possessed by a black skill seed in the earlystages.

She told him that he was still fortunate that Argon willingly agreed to be the main skill seed because he had no desire to get him. Bolton and Thea would be a long shot either, but if he is not up to par, then maybe they would permanently seal him inside. That is also not going to happen because they are not the main one. If it is another black skill seed with dark desires, then maybe he would be schemed in the long run. It all depends on the skill seeds desire.

Arthur is like watching a live feed from a dark room. It was still okay at the first time because Thea would explain to him her skills and it's uses. Bolton was just terrible. Arthur was actually very excited to be possessed by Argon.
