86 They Made a Detour (1/2)

Zunnie was trying to find Alex when she finally bumped into Sanua. The entire evening, she had been looking around for Sanua. Who would have imagined that Zunnie would find her standing next to Hunter looking like she was married to him? She grinned at her friend as she approached the pair. Zunnie couldn't help thinking that they looked beautiful standing next to each other.

”Zunnie boo, the dress looks amazing on you. I think you should hire me as your personal designer from now on.” San exclaimed as she twirled her around.

”You're too busy to be designing clothes for me,” replied Zunnie.

”Nonsense, just say the word and your bestie here will hook you up.”

”I'll remember that and don't tell me you're too busy when I send in my request. Hunter, it's been a while, good to see you again.” She replied and greeted Hunter.

”Congratulations Zunnie, you look great,” said Hunter.

”Ah, thank you Hunter. Are you sure that the two of you did not get married or are dating? You compliment each other nicely standing here. You two make a lovely couple to look at.” Zunnie teased them.

Hunter's face flushed and San playfully punched Zunnies arm.

”So no-one's gonna deny it. I guess there must be something going on then?” She eyed the two of them.

”We're only friends.” They spoke sumptuously.

”Ha-ha, you even speak at the same time.” Zunnie chuckled.

She loved teasing them. She knew Sanua has a crush on Hunter but wasn't sure if he had any feeling towards her. Judging by his reaction, he did like her as well. She hoped that they would realize their feelings and get together already.

”Cut it out Zunnie, you're making weird assumptions.”

”Am I now? Hunter, what do you think of San?”

”Zun cut the crap. We're just friends!” An embarrassed Sanua exclaimed.

”Fine, fine; but do think about it though.”

”Are you guys having fun?” Alex's voice was heard from behind.

”Your wife was just finding pleasure in teasing us. Congrats mate.”Hunter was the first one to speak.

”Honey you should let them be.” Alex bent over and pecked her lips with his.

”Alright, no more.” She threw her hand up to prove that she surrendered.

”Shall we go?” Alex asked.

”We're leaving already?” She asked surprised that the night was coming to an end.

”Most people have left and it's already 12 a.m. Also, remember what I told you when you said you were going to buy me a drink? I'm thirsty. Let's go home.”
