ALIYA'S HOME
Aliya was having her dinner and simultaneously was watching news. There was a live coverage of the success party of FASHION AND THE CITY being telecast for 2 hours. By the time she reached home, the live telecast was over and she could only have the highlights of events which happened in her absence. After her dinner, she wore her pajamas and went off to sleep. It was 2 AM by now. In her dreams too, she had Rishi proposing her. But soon her ears could hear the ringing of her phone. As she had left the habit of keeping her mobile phone in airplane mode, the person calling was lucky enough that he called her today. She groggily grabbed her phone and accepted the call. Instead of saying 'hello', she yawned loudly and then she didn't even apologized
”Whoever it is, you must expect this if you call someone at midnight.” she said while rubbing her eyes
”I had asked you to give a missed call. I am still waiting.” Rishi was on the other side of the phone.
Aliya then looked at the screen of the mobile and identified the number. She again placed phone on her left ear
”I am so sorry! It totally got out of my mind. Sorry!” Aliya said in a apologetic way
”Okay! So, actually I wanted to inform you that Deepika is successful in convincing her parents. I too tried. Dad is ready but mom is still reluctant to accept. They have called you to meet them in our home at 10 AM sharp.” Rishi said in a casual way
”Dad is ready? Hmmm... Okay, so this was what you wanted to tell at 2 AM? I am sure that you knew I have safely reached home. You have your own sources.” Aliya said in a bit irritated tone
”Yeah, I admit that I knew. But you didn't call. So I punished. That's it” he replied
”You are really good in punishing me ha? Anyways, I will be there on time. Will see how difficult it would be for me.” Aliya said while remembering Radhika's speech
”Hmm... I will be there too to handle everything. But what about your parents?”
”I know their answer. Nothing much to worry from my side. Finally!” she exclaimed
”Finally! And yes we both have a day off. So I have already planned the whole day. Be ready!” he said in excitement
”Ooohhh! Okay! See you soon! Bye! Love you!” she said it while remembering how she used to say the same when she was in relationship with him long back
”Love you too! Bye!”
