24 Golden Chance (1/2)

Suddenly he felt like all of his courage was sucked up by someone. A few moments ago he himself admitted ”she hates me.”

'She hates me.... she hates me...she hates me.....

These thoughts continued to revolve around his mind. He brooded over this topic again and again. But his mind had no cues of how to confess his love to Aliya and also to make Aliya say 'yes'. He unconsciously scratched his head. But why was he thinking so much

'My inner voice is right. Why am I thinking so much? I did this 10 years ago, to convince her. I have to do the same thing. But it will need extra efforts. And I am ready to do it!'

If someone could have read his mind, that person would be in a shock. That CEO who was infamous for his cold behaviour, that CEO who was popular in his employees for his 24×7 bad mood, has now a childish enthusiasm. Enthusiastic to win a heart which is probably one of the arduous tasks in the world.

Aliya was ready to leave. She had a busy day though. Making changes in a work environment, particularly of FASHION AND THE CITY was not as easy as eating cupcakes. She was tired and also feared that if she worked this hard she would get dark circles around her two charming eyes.

'DARK CIRCLES. Rishi has them now. Where is Rishi? I haven't seen him since our last meet. Otherwise, I've observed that he would suddenly appear from nowhere, to pop out an employee's heart to their mouth just to check if they were working. He hasn't made that 'special appearance' yet. When I asked receptionist, she said he is too busy. Hmm... seems like my boss had a tiring day! I wonder how he behaves at home after leaving office. Like he would order his maid bring some food or a drink or.... Anyways... Let's go home!'

9 PM

RISHI'S HOME

Mr.Singhania has a sprawling 7 storeyed mansion. It was in Bandra. A mansion which everyone wished and envied for! Inside, it was furnished so well that it perfectly matched with the status of the Singhania's. And their young heir, Rishi! This magnificent house has lavishly decorated indoors. One could make out that this one can only be possessed by a billionaire!

Rishi has already reached home. He was in his room. It was a large room on the 7th floor. It also had an enormous balcony from which almost every lane of the surrounding area could be seen. His room wasn't different from his workplace. It always gave vibes of a workplace to anyone including Rishi. The room had a large comforting bed and a computer table along side. His bedroom was a simple one yet magnificent. He has a wardrobe in which there are two equal partitions. One for him and one for his life parter. Of course, it was for Aliya. Now Aliya not only overpowered his mind but also his room.

He was reading a novel when his phone rang

”Rishu! Why haven't you called me since A DAY?”

This was Rishi's mother. A proud lady who loves to brag about her wealth everytime. Although Rishi's dad was not like this. His character is way too different from his other half. He is a very generous person but because he loves Rishi as he was his first child, he pampered him and spoilt him.

”Mom I was busy. Had some important meetings today.”
