104 All In The Past Now (1/2)

Annie and Angelique finally arrived at the resort, Jordon was patiently waiting for them at the front lounge when he notices Angelique puff red eye. He quickly went over to them.

”Ange, what happened?” He asked

It startled Angelique from Jordon sudden appearance, ”I'm fine, I was just a little upset from the story I heard.”

Jordon rubs the girl's head, ”Silly, why must you listen to sad stories when you can never handle them.”

Annie just watches from behind as Angelique continued to bottle everything to herself, she smiled as if what happened earlier did not happen at all, ”So what should we do today?”

Angelique expression drastically changed, ”A-Actually I want to go home. Jordon, I know you have a surprise for me but for some reason I want to go home.”

Jordon comforted the girl, ”No worries, I'll get us a ticket to head home today then.”

Angelique and Annie then head back upstairs together, when they were alone Annie could not help it but asked Angelique. ”Are you sure?”

”We have nothing to do here. Plus, I was away for a long time and have left Jordon and Jose to manage my shop. I've skipped quite a few of my lessons too.” she replied

Annie sighed and smiled, ”Let's go home then...”

Angelique opened the door inside to her room, as she was about to step in, she was frozen on the spot as she was the picturesque view. She collapses on her knees as she was the beautiful lilies and pink camellia flowers everywhere. There were also white balloons floating everywhere with notes written on them.

Angelique went over and check all the notes tied to the balloons, tears drop from her face as she continues to read each one. On her bed was a bouquet with two tickets and a letter.

[I know you always loved the sea, so I booked us a yacht to go to the sea and see the sunset.]

Angelique collapse on her knees as she grabs the flowers and embraced it. Then the words that Annie mentioned earlier pop up in her mind, ”There are loads of people loving you...”

Angelique quickly got up on her feet as she runs to Jordon's room. She knocked and called for his name but no one was responding. She then ran around the resort in search for him, she checked every corner but he was nowhere to be seen. In the end, she ended up collapsing by the shore, she cried as she felt her heartache.

”Ange?”

Angelique looked up as tears continued to fall down her face when she turned around to see who called her, she got up on her feet and run towards the person.

”Ange, what's wrong?” he asked

”Jo-Jordon...” She cried

Jordon looked around and noticed the bouquet he prepared for her left on the ground where she sat earlier. He smiled as he realized why she is so upset right now, ”Ange, It's fine... We can always go on a trip again next time.”
