82 Why You Miss Him? (2/2)

”Don't worry, I'll come the day after tomorrow. Once I've settled everything.”

As they headed to her home, the girl started to wonder about something which she suddenly blurted out. ”Jordon, we sure haven't seen Scott for awhile...”

Jordon was startled for the girl sudden curiosity about Scott. He really didn't expect her to worry nor be concern about him at all. Since they have been in bad terms for many years now but Scott never stop caring for her but she just doesn't realize it. She thinks everythingScott is doing is for revenge for that night.

As he ponder on the girl curiosity, he recalled the time he overheard Jamie calling Scott one time asking where he was. By the sound of things, it seems his no longer in England. Plus, he heard last time from the manager of the club he's been busy managing and expanding his business.

”I'm sure he's fine, he might just be busy. Why you miss him?”

Angelique could not believe what Jordon just said, she became furious. ”Bloody hell, who would miss the devil.Of course, I don't f*cking miss him. It's just its been so peaceful lately I'm too worried that something bad is about to happen soon.”

Jordon could not help it but laugh at the girl comments. He thought she couldn't be more obvious about her concern towards him. He totally understood where she was coming from. The fact they have not bumped into him for a while has been peaceful indeed but she sure is blind too for not realizing he's been the one keeping her safe too.

”Don't worry, who knows if fate is by your side. You might bump into him one day...”

Angelique cross her arms and looked displeased, ”I rather wish not to bump into him. I'm sure I am not fated to be with him. If fate does bring us together one day. It either means I've done something so bad in my past life or he has done something so good in his past life.”

Jordon continued to laugh, ”Then let us wait and see...”

After Jordon drops her off, Angelique was busy packing some of her stuff up when she noticed the ornaments on her bedside. She does not understand why looking at them makes her heartache for some reason. Its as if she missing someone so badly but she cannot explain it nor does she understand why this is all happening.
