A few hours had passed yet the light on the operating ward was still red.

Annie was staring blankly at the door as she waits for it to open, while Ms Lia was busy on her phone, trying to understand how all of this happened while the person on the other end explain everything.

Jason and Harry have arrived too. The two of them did not say a word as they witness the tense atmosphere. They notice that something was odd between Jamie and Jordon.

Jose and Corey came running as well, Corey quickly runs to Jordon and asked him the situation. His face drastically changes as he found out what happened. He gave Jamie a fierce look and run to him and said. ”How could you? After all, this year?”

They were all dumbfounded when they witness Corey vent out his frustration at Jamie. Each of them looked confused at each other.

What the heck happened?

Why had Corey just exploded like that?

What does he mean after all this year?

Aren't they best friends?

Their mind was all puzzles for the sudden conflict between them. Not only was Jordon was acting cold towards Jamie so did Corey too.

Toby step in to control Corey anger, he too was a bit upset with Jamie. But knowing it was not the time to act like this.

Corey walked out of the room as Jordon followed him out, Toby went to Jamie and tried to comfort him, but Jamie brushed him off and stood quietly in the corner.

Ms Lia walked towards Annie and the rest and asked. ”What just happened?”

None of them responded since they were all confused too of the situation.

Toby approached them and smiled as he said. ”Sorry guys if you all witness that.”

Harry, who was the nosy type of person could not help it and asked. ”Aren't you best friends, what's with the sudden cold feeling between them.”

Toby, who does not like keeping secret, however, was a bit reluctant if whether he should tell them or not. He took a deep sighed and he contemplates on the situation. ”How should I put this?”

”What I'm about to tell you is something each of us promise that day and I hope you too can keep it to yourself.”

”This isn't the first time Angelique got into a situation like this. Back then Angelique went to a worst situation and since then we promise each other to do everything we can do to help Angelique. No matter what our profession will be in the future.”
