24 Chapter 24 - Sweet Dream (1/2)

Inside a busy coffee shop, a man was busy painting the walls, the smell of fresh paint spread throughout the room. The color was bright and warm, like a bread fresh from the oven. As he continued to work on the walls the front door opened, then he heard footstep closing in towards him.

”I see her shop is looking great.” the man from behind him said as he grab a chair.

He turned around and was surprised to see the man standing behind him, ”Scott, what the f*ck are you doing so early in the morning.”

”Am I not allowed..?”

”Well, you're not the type of person that should be awake during daylight.”

The man laughed and did not say a word anymore.

After there awkward conversation has ended, the front door opened again, then a sound of sweet voice echoed the whole room. ”Toby I brought you some snacks.”

As both men watched the girl step inside in her cream long sleeve dress with willy boots on. One man in particular was mesmerized to see the girl in front of him, he could not dare take his eye off his one and only sunshine.

When Angelique walked in, she saw an unwanted person inside her shop, but she recalled that she needed to be grateful to this person, because everything has gone smoothly with her shop, despite her wish to kick him out, she gave him a friendly smile instead.

”Scott, what spirit have entered you, that you are standing in front of me and it's not even dusk yet.”

The man stood up he from where he was seated and walked towards the girl, as he gently brushed her hair and touched his neck, he bent his head towards her ears and whisper, ”You my dear…”

Angelique face started to turn red as the man cold voice whisper to her ear, the cold air coming from the man voice brought shiver down her spine. Her heart started to beat as the man body slowly move even closer towards her.

”Scott, stop messing around. We have a lot of thing to do.” Toby said from behind.
