When Maria heard about it, she instantly froze! Why would Jake knew about it? Then she remembered seeing Jake sometimes on Tobias company.

She thought that they're friends, but was it more than that?! Maria calmed her self and collected her emotions.

”how'd you know?”

”I'm kinda observed it before that he was kinda possessive towards you and he even scolded me for texting you.”

Jake explained to her slowly.

Maria hesitated for a bit, but told him the truth shyly.

”do you love him?”

Maria think that the question was too much for him to ask but she decided to tell him the whole truth. Besides, he was there when she and her babies needed help the most!

”yes, I do love him but I guess he doesn't love me back. He just wanted me beside him because of our children. I love him so much! But he said he love someone else.”
