Tobias looked at the woman beside him.

”miss Ho, relax.”

he said trying to calmed her down.

She kept on fidgeting on his side.

”you're not talking in front , just stand beside me, okay?”

he tried to consoled her

she nodded in response

Tobias opened the door for her and let her in first, then he followed.

The people inside who witnessed the scene, eyes wide through so much shocked.

Its as if they had seen a ghost!

They had never seen Tobias enter the room with a woman. Especially a young woman!

He even opened the door for her!

This woman is just her secretary, right?

All people at the board room shared the same thoughts.

The woman was extremely beautiful. Being a secretary wasn't suit for her!

Is it the reason why Tobias changed his mind about his rule?!

They'd already heard about that secretary of his, but they never had the chance to met her.

They'd snapped back from reality when Tobias speak.

He knew about why they reacted that way. He never brought Riza with him when his on a meeting. He always reasoned out that he can handle it by himself.

But Maria was different, he wanted to see her pretty face every moment. He doesn't care if she won't talked to him.

Tobias just simply wanted her there, within his reach.

They started the meeting with discussing their company profit and upcoming projects. It went well and smoothly, excluding the fact that the board gave him and Maria curious looks.

He glanced at Maria and saw her blushed face.

On the other hand, Maria felt her face burned.

She felt the stares the board giving her.

She felt being a thief the way they stared at her.

How will it last and she wanted to run away from this place!
