55 Surprisingly Inexperienced (2/2)

Rin wondered one thing: He already showed his golden eyes but nobody in the stadium caused an uproar concerning that it was the Mark of a Godslayer which is a legend based on his knowledge. Paul even asked what trick it is. Rin concluded that this legend was not a common knowledge or at least, to these level. However, he chose not to reveal as much as possible.

In front of Rin, Paul sighed, ”I was looking forward to show everyone my favorite skill but it looks like I wouldn't have the chance to..”, he looked down on Rin but Rin didn't care since the result of the fight isn't concluded yet.

”Hehe”, Rin laughed lightly, ”Please continue. I still have a lot to learn.”, he didn't hide his pained expression.

”Hmm, at least you have a will… But I want to show my skill to everyone so I need a much stronger opponent!”, Paul didn't conserved his mentality and used Natural Energy again. As a Second Stage of Focus, it was easier to use Natural energy but it was still taxing.

Paul wanted to slap Rin on the face but Rin barely dodged it but Paul didn't stop and continued an attack after another. Rin barely dodged all of the incoming attack while being pushed back.

'Huh?', Rin realized something. There's a pattern how Paul attack. He didn't know what exactly it is but by continuously dodging, he was adapting to Paul's speed and attacks purely by body instinct. Overtime, it was getting easier to dodged.

Paul frowned and threw a kick in agitation when none of his attacks were getting in contact. That kick was out of Rin's expectations that it landed.

Paul whose getting irritated by the fact that all his attacks were useless smiled when that last hit came in direct contact, the blue glowing disappeared, ”Hah!”, he panted for a while and weeping his sweat, ”You're one lucky bastard, aren't you?”, his raised his fist and was about to attack again but Rin was fast enough to surprisingly thrust his left fist before Paul does.

Paul just looked at the incoming fist and panicked in the last second but he only closed his eyes without doing anything. Ug* Rin successfully punched his opponent for the first time!

Paul stepped back and felt pain in his stomach. He actually didn't use Natural Energy at that time but luckily, Rin was only using his left hand while his right hand was unusable.

Paul took damage. He thought that if Rin used his right fist, it'll turn much worse than just a damage. Paul glared at Rin while his body glowed blue again, ”I think I shouldn't waste my time on you and show you my skill!”, he frowned so much that it made his ugly.

Rin stepped back and smiled behind the facemask, 'Who would've thought that I have more experience than him?'
