46 Meet me again after a Month (1/2)

”Huh? Immortal?”, Aliya didn't quite get it, ”How? Is that possible? Even we, the Gods, can't obtain Immortality.”

Elihim smiled while Rin tilted his head down because of shame. Rin didn't speak or hint to stop Elihom from talking. He didn't know maybe because Elihim was one of the major cause that je change or that Rin believed that his master was smarter than he is and every decision he make is always better but either way, Rin trust his master to the point that he would let Elihim do what ever he want.

”Nathan got his death through the contract.”, Elihim said without further explaining it because he knew that Aliya would know this since she knew what the Contract Nathan have.

'That explains pretty much everything. How this kid killed a God when he's so weak and why Elihim didn't want to throw him into the Gatespace. Actually, I too want a disciple who's immortal...', Aliya stared at Rin while pondering.

”Don't think that I made him my disciple since he's an immortal.”, Elihim butted in Aliya's thought as if he knew what she's thinking.

When Rin heard that, he was shocked and stared at Elihim. He never even thought it like that. Before he could even start doubting, Elihim already made it clear. Actually, Rin really doesn't care about the reason he was chosen as a disciple but still, that made him feel much better.

Elihim glanced at him and smiled, ”Everything and its exact opposites are at the both sides of the same coin.”

Nobody was weak but everybody has both a weakness and a strength. A person who is considered weak may just to know its strength and made the person turned weak for rest of its life

That was what Elihim was trying to convey but it is up to Rin if he could get it.

”Okay!”, Aliya shouted purposively, ”I'm not going to tell anyone. Since no God can enter this world because of the limit, I think it's safe that you train without hiding your Mark of the Godslayer so that it would help you.”

Rin smiled, it seemed that his master successfully persuaded Aliya

”But..”

”But?”, Rin followed and became somewhat worried.

”After a month and you still haven't reach the Second Stage of Focus then I have no choice but to report this to them.”, Aliya closed her eyes. She knew that her demand is a bit impossible but Elihim put too much confidence in this kid that she said that.

”Okay.”, Elihim agreed without hesitation.

Aliya couldn't hide her surprise. She glared at Elihim while the far surrounding's darkness vanished like it was being absorbed by Aliya's shadow. When everything was clear again. The black sun was gone and the sunset can be see, she said, ”If you're that confident then let's meet again after a month.”, when the remaining darkness nearby was swallowed by Aliya's shadow, her body just disappeared without any warning or sound.

”What kind of a God of War is that?”, Elihim raised his eyebrow.

”Why? Is there something wrong with her?”, Rin looked Elihim.

”With her strength, she could just snatch you and bring you into the Gatespace without you even noticing it but she didn't, I bet she's hesitating. She's too kind to be a God of War.”

”Ah.”, Rin suddenly thought better about Aliya, ”But Master, what is this Gatespace?”
