Rin was unable to doubt even if Elihim's words were, in fact, very unrealistic and sounded very exaggerated.

They talked as if they were the only people in that less populated path.

”Do you want to continue your happy high school life?”, Elihim said unblinking.

Rin was firced to calm himself down. He breathed deeply; inhale… exhale…, befire he asked, ”Master, what do you think is the best choice for me.”, Rin didn't know the answer even if it looked obvious.

”Oohhh, you're asking me?”, Elihim's face lightened again and his stiff face showed its usual smile again, ”Well, if you're asking me, I say…”, Elihim started to walked and stared at Rin for a while before continuing, ”You should continue your high school life.”

Rin's eyes widened, he didn't expext Elihim to answer that. He was very overbearing about this and even rushing Rin but now, he said this. ”Why?”

”Why?? Because it's not like you're at fault here. In fact, you're the victim here and a human not too long ago on top of everything. I don't want to say you should sacrifice your adolesence.”, Elihim lightly laughed.

Rin gulped, he should think for himself too. He's not some kind of a good hero after all. ”Then… I'll continue this normal life.”, Rin said with his resolve.

”Hahah, ok, if you're sure about that.”, Elihim laughed, ”Since you chose that, you have to wear that ring 24/7.”

Rin nodded and then asked, ”What even is this?”, he looked at the ring.

”That's the Stone Ring. It's very simple, it will just restrict your body twice. By that, I mean, your muscles needs to exert two times of its normal strength to move normally as it should.”

”Oh, so it's an additional training for me.”, Rin felt excited since he just have to get accustomed to it and his body strength will increase two times.

”Yeah, you will be wearing that even if you are having an intense training.”, Elihim pronounced the word ”intense” heavily, ”I think in just a week or so, you'll grow accustomed to it and when that time comes, I'll teach you how to control Natural Energy without relying on your 'cheat'.”

Rin's eyes sparkled when he heard that. His worries vanished and it was instead replaced with determination and confidence, even excitement.

”Ah, to make you feel better, I'm friends with the other God that was temporarily residing in here so there is no way that the Devils can ever hope to tire me out since that guy will always come and aid me.”, Elihim patted Rin's shoulder.

Rin felt so much relief hearing that. Which means, he just have to focus on improving himself for when the time come, he can protect this world all by himself is what he thought.
