23 Hello? (1/2)

Rin said it as if it is rare for him to get tired. He sat on the bench under a shed.

'Am I right about what I was thinking about? Why would Eli- Master Elihim leave and not guide my thoughts? What if my conclusion was wrong and there's deeper meaning about it?', Rin laid back as he relax. His appearance was normal because of the absorption of this natural energy according to Master Elihim, 'This all still doesn't feel real but when I think about what would happen in the future… , He looked at his palpitating heart and pat it. 'I could only get excited.'

Rin was surprised that in that day, his life turned a 180° turn.

He smiled and laughed in a monotonous tone, ”Hahaha, there is a chance that this is a dream, right?”

With no watch or phone to keep him updated on time, he didn't know when the next bus will arrive.

”I want to go home, take a bath, organize the groceries, cook, eat, and then have a good sleep…”, Rin's head gave up and he fell flat on the bench.

Memories were flashing through Rin's mind while asleep. He remembered how he was bullied, how he was humiliated while he can not do anything about it.

When Rin opened his eyes, he was in an unknown space where everywhere he lookwere flashing different stages of his life, starting from when he was born.

Rin was quiet and stayed still while he recollect his life. It is anything but refreshing. His life had been really terrible.

When the stage of life were coming to an end, it showed his current experiences. He could not help but shiver and laugh on remembering it. Finally, it showed his friend and the next day where he relaxed himself only to find another trouble.

When that flashed by he was surprised and subconsciously covered his crotch.

”I hope you're still working.”, his face was all red.

When Elihim showed up, the flashing slowed down and all what Elihim said reverberated in the space.

Rin sighed, after recollecting his life, he couldn't contain himself.

”After all that, I'm finally able to change… Hahaha, I thought that it was hopeless to the point that I treasured death the most.”, he laughed at himself.

He didn't noticed but after the flashes finished it faded into darkness. Rin felt familiar to this, he had been there in a dream once… after his mother died.

Before, the space itself shattered, releasing flaring heat that almost became a cause of Rin's mind breakdown. He knew that Nathan was the one to blame for that.

It was now back to complete darkness. The only bulb before dimmed out. He looked around at this lonely space. There, he saw were two fireflies-like. One was much bigger than the other.

It was very strange. He felt comfort to the bigger light and gratefulness to the smaller one. Even though it is still dark in that space, he still have lights to follow.
