3 Stand by the Hall, Waiting (1/2)

'She's actually pretty talkative.', he thought.

”Ah, I almost forgot to tell you; don't go home after school yet. That is the time I will tutor you three.” Dana felt that she was blabbering more than usual so she got to the point.

”Umm, yeah, got it.” Rin nodded.

”Well, then.” Dana politely nodded her head too and turned around to get back on her seat and eat her lunch. All of her movements was very ladylike that Rin was unable to remove his stare from her.

Noticing that he may look creepy if he stare any further, he turned his head to his lunch and dug in. While chewing, his mind was blank…

'Hmm…'

'Hmm!'

'Wait!'

'WAIT!! Did I just have a proper conversation with a girl and with Dana on top of that?!'

'What?'

He strongly felt admiration toward this pretty and cute but cold girl but he wouldn't dare have a crush on her. He knew he would only got hurt. No girl would fall for him, he thought.

Rin's heart wouldn't calm down. It is not because he fell for Dana but because there is a tutoring session with her after school. However, his heart was actually palpitating because of anxiety. Afterschool he would have to stay with his biggest bully, Marjohn, for an unknown amount of time and in front of two cute girls on top of that.

Of course for a nerd and a loser like him, he was unable to calm down, anxious about what would happen to him.

Ding Ding Ding!* after what it felt like weeks, the afternoon classes ended and it is time for Dana's tutoring session…

Beside the door outside of the classroom was Dana standing there waiting for the others.

When Dana saw Rin, she casually greeted him.

Rin obviously didn't replied not because he don't want to but he couldn't. So he just stood beside Dana to wait with her. Rin felt extremely uncomfortable in the awkward atmosphere he created but when he glimpsed at Dana. She seemed to not be affected and was just staring at the windows in the hallway silently.

Rin was actually a head taller than her so he could look at her without the one being observed noticing him.

He is very weak to temptation, he knew that he could fall for her if he continued to stare but he still did not look away.

”Ah, Dana!”

”Ah!” Rin almost jump out of surprise because he was caught off guard.

Dana stared at him and also the one who called Dana, Sylvie, but has a frowned eyebrows. She seemed pretty irritated at Rin just because of that.

Rin could not see what is inside her face mask but she is probably frowning in there too.

Sylvie just ignored Rin's sudden reaction and spoke, ”Umm, Dana, I'm sorry for getting you into this but you don't need to tutor me. I just burrowed some lectures from someone. I can take care of it myself.”

Dana nodded and said with a still face, ”Okay but if there is something you don't understand then you can ask me right away.”
