56 Do you like my son? (1/2)

Ji An woke up early. She felt really refreshed. She really had a good sleep. She tried to recall her dream. 'Cheng Ze kissed me' she touched her lips trying to remember how it felt. How soft his lips were. She felt like she's the 13 years old Ji An. When she kissed him before, he was her first kiss. Though it's a simple kiss she felt his soft lips. In her dream, it's almost the same but their kiss is much more intimate and she felt his cool breath.

A knock on the door woke her up from her daydreaming. She rushed to the door and when she opens it, it was the man she was dreaming about. Her cheeks blushed.

Cheng ze smiled at her reaction. ”What's wrong Ji An? Why are you blushing?”

”I'm not!” she went defensive. She turned her back on him. ”Why are you here this early?”

”I just want to remind you on Saturday I'm taking Sofia out, you didn't forget right?” he is actually testing her if she remembers what happened last night.

”Yeah, I remember. I'm sorry that I fell asleep half way through our conversation I was really tired last night.”

'Does she remember I kissed her?' ”About last night. Do you remember...”

”Is there something else we talk about? I'm really sorry all I remember is the talk about Saturday.” she didn't remember it at all. She really assumed and thought that the kiss was just her dream.

Cheng Ze felt disappointed. ”Okay. It was nothing important anyway. I think you should get ready. You still have to take Sofia to school right? If you want I'll drive you both to school. Or I can just take her to school.”

She looked at him. She still needs to find a house so she accepted his offer ”Okay if it doesn't bother you then please drop her off to school.”

He smiled at her ”If it's you or Sofia, I'm okay with anything. I'll wait for her downstairs.” he left.

Ji An woke Sofia up. She prepared her clothes and shoes. She got her ready for school. ”Uncle Cheng Ze will take you to school today, is that okay?”

Sofia's eyes lit up ”Really? Daddy will take me to school today?” she got all excited.

”Hmm... You really like him, don't you? Be a good girl okay. I'll pick you up later okay.”

Both of them head downstairs, Cheng Ze is waiting for Sofia. ”Eat some breakfast before you go to school. We still have plenty of time and I'll be taking you to school today!”

”Mummy told me. I'm so excited. Can I tell my classmates that you are my daddy?”

Cheng Ze looked at Ji An as if he is asking her permission.

”Sofia that is not right. Don't trouble uncle Cheng Ze. Okay?” she tried to talk her out of it.

”I'm okay with it if your mummy is okay with it too.” he smiled at both of them.

It put Ji An on the spot. ”...” She doesn't know what to say, but her mouth replied ”Okay!” by the time she realises that she replied Sofia is already jumping in joy.

”Thank you mummy. I now have a mummy and daddy. I wish both of you can take me to school one day.” she is so happy with her mummys' OKAY.

The pair left and Ji An was left behind, she got her self ready to view the houses she set appointments with.

Madam Gu started the legal proceedings to remove Ji An from their family tree quietly. She summoned their lawyer to discuss what has to be done. She wants Ji An not to be affiliated with her. Meaning she will turn Ji An into an orphan. She also asked the lawyer to bury her marriage with Ji Ans dad. She doesn't want any conflict when Cheng Ze and Ji An announce their engagement. Since Cheng Ze is the father of her grandchild, her daughter Ji An must marry him.

It sounds ridiculous that she has to disown her own daughter, turn her into an orphan and turn her into a daughter in law. But that is the only way for them. Even if Ji An will come to hate her, she will eventually know that she did it for her and for her daughter. She then might understand why she has to do it that way.

Now the problem is letting her know that Cheng Ze is Sofia's dad. How is she going to do that without making Ji An furious? She might run away from them. She is very good at running away. She can't put her granddaughter into that running away thing with Ji An.

Her plan is to make Sofia really close to Cheng Ze. To the point that she will invite her dad to their own home. 'Oh I forgot, how will I kick her out the house? What excuse should I use... Hmmm...' ”Why am I playing as their cupid? Oh this kids. What am I gonna do with both of you?” She shook her head feeling sorry for Ji An and Cheng Ze.
