Ji An and Cheng Ze arrived at the house. Ji An went straight to her room to clean herself. She doesn't want Sofia to see her in that state.

Sofia came out of the kitchen. ”Daddy! You're here. Can you do something for me?”

Cheng Ze looked at her ”Come here.” Sofia sat on his lap ”So how can I help my gorgeous little lady hmm?” he smiled at her.

”Could you put this in your mouth and rub it on your cheeks” she gestured it with her hand ”like this” and she put her finger in her mouth and rub her hand inside her cheeks. ”Do it a lot of times.” she then smiled at him.

Cheng Ze laughs at her. ”May I know why I have to do it?”

She looked at him ”Well... Because... I just need it. Please daddy. It doesn't hurt.” she tried to convince him.

He laughs at her ”Okay. But after I do it can I have a kiss from you? Daddy is really stressed out.” he took the cotton buds from her little hand.

He rubs it repeatedly while looking at Sofia. ”Is this enough?”

”Do it more daddy. You have to clean your mouth sometimes you know.” she stated innocently.

It made Cheng Ze laugh. ”Aren't we supposed to clean our mouth with water and toothbrush?”

”Because I'm playing and that's my toothbrush okay?!” she grins at him.

”Okay okay! I think I rubbed it to many times and I can feel my mouth clean. Thank you Sofia.” he laughs.

”Okay daddy, thank you! I'm going now.. Ah! I forgot..” she kissed his cheeks before leaving.

It made Cheng Ze smile and somehow lifted his spirits up. He felt a little better. Truly is a childs kiss can make any parents happy. ”She's not even mine and she can make me feel better.” he sighs.

He remembered what Ji An told Eric earlier. 'He had her once? They were married but he only had her once? Sofia is 5, is she a premature child? It still doesn't add up!' he covers his face with the palm of his hands. ”What am I thinking? Why am I giving myself headache?” he then rubbed his temples.

Hilton penthouse

Eric called his parents telling them he will stay in Beijing for a bit. He also called his assistant letting him know that he will have to act on his behalf. He will do business from Beijing for now. He also called Alice asking her to come to Beijing when she has a break to convince Ji An to go back. But Alice is really busy. She can't travel anywhere at the moment. Eric is on his own.

Ji An recalled what happened at the hotel with Eric and Cheng Ze. It was surreal. She never imagined that side of Eric. He's always gentle with her and he never behaved like that. Right now, he seems to be a different person.

Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Madam Gu and Sofia are having fun. Madam Gu prepared the swab sample she got and put it away safely. While Sofia watched her.

”Do you want a pancake Sofia?” Madam Gu asks.

Sofia nodded ”Yes please Nana. Make one for mummy and daddy too.”

”Okay then, but you have to help me okay?”
