24 Bring home a woman (2/2)

Gu Feng looked at his son. ”Company needs you.” He turned to the next page of the newspaper he is reading.

”We should expand business to Europe. I just have to visit and see if its doable.” He sounded reasonable.

”I will think about it. Focus in Tangxin for now. Hm. (Gu Feng cough slightly) Your birthday is coming up. I arranged a party for you. You are already 22. Bring home a woman for me to meet or else I'll arrange it for you.”

”Father!!! I already have a woman in mind. You don't have to interfere and be bothered about it.”

”Cheng Ze, your father wants grand children. I know you are still young. But give it a thought. If you will have a woman now, after few years you can get married and have kids.” Gu Mei Li explained.

”Can I speak to you Mother?... alone!” In a soft tone.

Gu Feng and Gu Mei Li looked at each other. This is the first time he spoke like that to her. So she didn't hesitate, she stood up and head to the study.

”I only have one question.... Do you know Ji An's address??” He again spoke in soft.

”Why are you looking for my daughter? Is she in trouble?” Mei Li asked worriedly.

”No I have to discuss some matters with her. Its really urgent.” Gu Cheng Ze explained.

”Okay. I'll give it to you.”

Cheng Ze couldn't believe it. He only asked once and she is willing to give it with nothing in return.

After writing it down she gave the piece of paper with the address to Cheng Ze. ”Let me know if you see her.” She then left.

Cheng Ze called Li Wei and gave the address to him so they can check the place. He didn't waste any time. If she is there, he will fly to London immediately.
