At lunch break I decided to check out Daniel so that I could give him a treat. He gives me treatseverytime we go out for lunch. So I thought I should take him out today.

I saw Daniel was checking an old woman's pulse. His assistant saw me that I was standing in front his room. The door was open because he must be working in his lunch break too. I didn't wanna interfere in his work as he was checking his patient carefully and his own caring way. In my childhood I used to think that if I become a doctor I'll try to heal my patients with just a smile so that half of their worries goes away in a second. I don't know how much I succeeded but Daniel is just a perfect example of my childhooddream book. He's kind of those prince charmings who will melt you with their ravashing smiles.

”Grace?” Daniel said looking upto me smiling. He already noticed I was standing in front of his room.

”Hey!” I smiled my usual awkward smile, ”I'm sorry please continue your check up.” I said looking at the elderly woman.

”No,no,we are done here,” Daniel said handing a prescription to the woman.

”Please, inform me if you are in need of something or if you don't understand anything, alright!” He said to the old woman with eyes full of care. Damn I wish I had a doctor like him looking over me. Ok weird thoughts are coming out of no where to me which never happened before. It's all because of that Bradon. Shoot what did he do to me all of a sudden.

”Grace?” Daniel waved a hand in front me removing the clouds of my thoughts.

”Daniel!”

”You've been spacing out a lot these days. I wonder what's wrong with you,” He said looking at my eyes with a curious smile.

”I'm totally fine!” I said blushing at his curiosityabout me.

”Yeah!Yeah!” He said laughing.

”So lunch today is on me!” I said dodging the questions about my changes.

”Oh no no! Treat me some other day.”

”No please let me, Daniel!”

”Ugh! You really don't have to do this you know!”

”No! It will make me so happy trust me I wouldlove to,” I said smiling with my eyes full of excitement. He seemed to get shy by that somehow. What is wrong with everyone or is it just me I'm having weird thoughts.

”So where are we gonna go?” I said cutting out his shyness.

”Oh let's have lunch in our hospital's restaurant. I have an operation to attend after lunch,”

”What? Operation? Oh! Then we can do it sometimes later no problem!”

”Nah! It's totally fine doctor Grace. Have some faith in your co-worker doctor. Doctor Daniel can handle too you know!” He said laughing at the weird face I just made.

The hospital restaurant wasn't that crowded.It's usually empty. Me and Daniel sat in a corner table from where we could see the lobby of the hospital. The canteen was decorated pretty beautifully. It was Daniel's idea to create the restaurant in the 2nd floor of the hospitalwith glasses surrounding it.

”What do you wanna order, doctor? Eat all you want! Don't be shy! The bill is on me,” I said giving the menu book to Daniel playfully.

”Oh! Lol!” Daniel laughed.

But he ordered healthy as usual and I ordered my regular sandwich.
