69 My Waters Broke! (1/2)

In the new year morning, Tereza and Han cuddle each other on the bed. They saw the fireworks last night and fell asleep. The one who woke up their eyes first was Han. Squinting his eyes and he looked at the morning sunrise from their glass window with his hand gently stroking her hair and kissed her forehead.

Today they will visit their family. There'll be a gathering together.

Tereza was having difficulty to woke up because of their last night activity. He stroked her belly who grow big each month. He stood up while still sitting on the bed. He drew closer his lips to her little lump. He kissed her belly. ”Morning, son.”

Tereza felt tickles and laughing while sleeping. He smiled sweetly because of her laughs.

He looked at his wife's plump breast and neck. Full of hickey that he made.

He felt proud.

Suddenly a hoarse voice came to his ear, ”Han...what time is it?”

”7 AM.” he answered with his tone slightly flat.

”Hmm...did we miss the first sunrise?”

”No, 'you' missed it. But, I didn't.”

Buk!

She kicks his back with her leg.

It's kind of hurt!

”Tereza, don't kick me in the morning or we'll be late to visit our family.” he threatens her with his remarks. Tereza rolls herself into a dumpling. She didn't want to wake up yet. She's still so tired, her body was sore.

”Mmm...massage me first~ I will wake up after you massage my body,” she said with a spoiled voice. She looked at him with her puppy eyes. It's been a while he didn't see that.

Han was sighing. He looked this wife of his. When did she become so lazy?

He said, ”Alright, where should I massage?”

”Everywhere. But don't do anything funny. I'm tired.” She glared at him and showed her beautiful white leg to him.

Han nodded, agreeing. But his eyes were not.

In the end, he did 'funny' thing to her until she sobs and begs him to stop. But he didn't stop!

That morning, Tereza and Han were late to greets their family's promised schedule.

Both families came to celebrate together. They gather In Asuzawa's family residence. They said it's more Japanese feels and cozy.

Han's cousin and uncle were here too, joined the celebration. It was the first time Tereza saw his cousin, Satoru Asuzawa. She didn't know how to describe him. The air around him was different. Should she say 'as expected an ex-CEO!'? He had the same aura as Han yet different. She didn't know how to point it out.

The families greet each other and sit around the Japanese zen garden. Even though the air was still cold, but not cold enough to freeze them. They were drinking sakes and chatting.

Tereza talks with the women while Han talks with the men.

Tereza was close to the house because she's pregnant. So the boys left the girls out drinking sake and chatting the things that girls embarrassed to hear. Who knows what they were talking about?

Their face was slightly serious. It pricks her interest.

Hm?

She was sure that Satoru Asuzawa a second ago taking a glance at her? Or...not?

Suddenly Hana Asuzawa, Han's sister asked her, ”How many months will you give birth?” She looked at her stomach.

Tereza answered, ”In the early spring probably.” Hana was staring at her stomach profoundly while her finger fidgeting. Tereza continued with a teasing voice, ”Why are you staring on my stomach? Do you want to touch it?”

”Can I?!” her eyes shouted beam sparkling. Tereza chuckled by her sister-in-law's reaction.

”My! Hana, don't be rude to her baby!” Grace Asuzawa scolded her daughter. Hana pouted her mouth, but she still touches Tereza stomach anyway.

”OMG! It's moving!” Hana was giggling and touched it again and again and again.

Okay, stop!

Lucy Ginga chuckled and held my hand. Hmm, she loves her mother's warmth. Probably because of her pregnancy or because of her past memories. She kind of miss her old parents and her baby sister.

She was there, watching, their last moments and their last encouragement to her to keep on living.

Mother, father, and sister. How are you there up in heaven?

”Sacchan, why are you crying?”Lucy Ginga grabs Tereza's face and tried to wipe her unconsciously falling tears. From her acts, Tereza couldn't contain her sadness anymore and start to sobbing. She buried her face into her mother embrace.

She muttered, ”Mommy...” Daddy! Sis!

”Yes, mommy's here...” Lucy patted her back. What's this? Is she finally regained her memories? It's been awhile Sarah didn't call her 'Mommy'.She thoughts, but dismissed it immediately.

Hana looks at her sister-in-law amusingly, was this because of her pregnancy? A pregnant woman was little troublesome indeed. If one day she's pregnant, will she be like her sister-in-law too? The thought really weird to her, so she dismissed it away.

Grace from the start smiling looking at her cute daughter-in-law.

From Afar. The men were having a 'serious' conversation but then were distracted by the sudden burst of crying. Han noticed and quickly rose from his seat, strode to Tereza's side.

Asking her 'what's wrong?' then in the next second, he took her body and carrying her like a princess-style into his room. He let her lay there on his old bed and hug her to calm her down.

After ten minutes her tears finally subside. He looked at his wife crying face and red eyes. He teased her, ”You are really ugly right now.”

She shouted, ”Shut up!”
