Seeing that she would rather go to the Qin Family instead of returning to the Xian Family, Qin Gengxin said, ”Let's go back to your home first.”

Xian Guiying frowned slightly but did not object. She only nodded her head in silence.

”Guiying, Old Man Xian and your father are already old and we really can't change their temperament. If you want happiness and harmony, then you have to be considerate and tolerant. They are your family. Also, we need to face the grudges between the previous generation together, so if you hide and refuse to go back, it won't be easy.”

Xian Guiying was so shocked by this. She frowned, ”How can that be? Although my grandfather was a bit overbearing because of the power he wielded, he did them for his own family, including the matter with Jiang Ruolan's and Jiang Yijun's mother. He was just a little selfish, so how can't he frame your grandfather? That's impossible.”

”Indeed, I have never been able to figure this out. Besides, Old Man Xian doesn't know who my grandparents are, and I don't know if he knows it now either. Xian Zihao was replying to some domestic emails on his computer in the study. After hearing Qianqian's voice, he looked up and smiled at her. ”They called this morning and said they would be here around noon. They will arrive soon.”

”Oh ...” Qin Wenqian pouted as she turned to look at the quiet door, then asked aloud, ”But why haven't they gotten here yet?”

Xian Zihao stood up and was about to take the impatient child to the balcony to take a look, but the door suddenly opened from outside before he could take the child.
