One week later.

At Xian Enterprise's Parking Lot, Xian Guiying was just about to get inside her car when a car suddenly stopped behind her. She turned and saw that it was Wei Zhengsheng's car.

As the car window rolled down, Wei Zhengsheng glanced at her with a smile and said, ”From your pretty good moods, Qianqian's condition must be better now, isn't she?”

Xian Guiying smiled. ”It's all right. Yesterday, I took her to the hospital for a checkup. The doctor said that she was recovering well. I just hoped nothing bad would happen.”

”Looking at the way you take care of her, I'm sure that won't happen.” Wei Zhengsheng stopped the car at the empty space, then got out of his car and got into Xian Guiying's car. ”I saw that you asked your secretary to buy these fruits in the afternoon, so you must want to go to the hospital to see your brother. I haven't seen him for a month, let's go together.”

Xian Guiying's eyelids twitched before she went inside her car. ”If you want to get in my car, then just say so. Why are you looking for so many excuses? My brother's condition has recently improved. In two to three months, he will be home to chase after my sister-in-law. What more do you want from him?”

”There's no helping it.  His sister doesn't like me. Other than trying to get him to speak up for me, I don't have any other choice.” Wei Zhengsheng smiled half-jokingly as he fastened his seat belt. ”Alright, hurry and drive.”

”I've found out why you're getting more cunning every year. Did you follow Qianqian? You were a good person before, but now you're getting naughty!”

Even though she said that, Xian Guiying just gave a helpless smile, treating it as a joke. She started the car and drove to the rehabilitation center where Xian Zihao lived.

Ever since Xian Zihao was injured in an earthquake in Imperial City, he had been sent to the United States for nearly two years, from an early coma to waking up to little recovery.

Xian Guiying had seen it with her own eyes, and when she wasn't busy, she would visit him every two weeks, sometimes taking Qin Wenqian with her. Although Qin Wenqian was very afraid of people, after seeing Xian Zihao a few times, she could tell that he was a good person or a bad person.

”When I first became an assistant for your brother in the past, we were both young and just were about to graduate. How fast times flies.” Wei Zhengsheng suddenly said.

Xian Guiying laughed, ”Isn't thirty-two a good age for a man? How can you be like me? I am almost twenty-nine, and all day long, I still have to worry about myself getting old.”

”You're already married, and Qianqian is already three years old. What's there to worry about?” Wei Zhengsheng seemed to be pointing at something as he said lightly, ”Your brother is already married. Even if he is currently divorced, his wife and children are still waiting for him at home. It's different, it's really different.”

Xian Guiying acted as if she didn't understand the man's words and just smiled faintly. ”My brother's marriage was indeed due to fate.”

”How about you?” Wei Zhengsheng seemed to be just raising this issue casually. His tone was light, as if he were asking about a very ordinary thing. ”Have you seen through your marriage?”

Xian Guiying pursed her lip and suddenly opened her car window. Because the car was being driven so fast, her hair was messed up instantly. With one hand operating the steering wheel, she stroked her wavy hair, ”Looks like it's going to rain tonight. If it's really raining when I come back from my brother's place, would I still be responsible for sending you back to your apartment?”
