Harumi woke up to all kind of loud noises coming from her living quarters. Grumpy she rubbed the sleep out of her eyes and put on a dressing gown over her pajamas. She waked into the living room to a rater strange site. Nobunaga, accompanied by Hideyoshi and Ieyasu.

”My darling wife! The most beautiful woman in all the lands and times!” Nobunaga said delighted when he saw her. Harumi, wide awake in an instant, became red by the unsuspected flattery from Nobunaga.

”We're sorry Lady Nohime-sama. We tried to bring him to his own quarters but he wanted to come here.” Ieyasu apologized. Harumi noticed that Nobunaga was totally waisted, but still. She had expected him to be in a worst state. He could still stand on his own and he spoke just like always, maybe a little bit louder.

”We are sorry. When the lord gets really drunk he will become very territorial and possessive. Many wars have started thanks to him being too drunk. We will bring him to his own quarters.” Hideyoshi explained.

”That is quite alright. I promised him he could stay the night. I'll put him to bed.” Harumi laughed while Nobunaga walked up to her. Half way across the room he turned around and looked at Ieyasu and Hideyoshi. In an instand his happy expression was gone and had made way for one with killing intend.

”How dare two of my most trusted men come to MY wives room in the middle of the night!” He started yelling while he wanted to grab his sword. Both the warlords sighted while Harumi quickly walked up to Nobunaga.

”Dear, they brought you here.” She told him while holding onto his arm so he couldn't reach for his sword.

”Is that so?” Nobunaga asked, not completely convinced.

”Yes my lord. We will take our leave now.” Hideyoshi said while both of them bowed.

”Will you be alright Lady Nohime-sama?” Ieyasu asked while giving Nobunaga a concerned look.

”Yes. I'll make sure that there are no weapons nearby.” Harumi smiled before the two warlords bowed again and left the room.

”Let's get you to bed.” Harumi said when they were alone. She didn't need to help Nobunaga. He walked straight to her room without bumping into stuff unlike the time she had been drunk and had demolished almost all the furniture in the room trying to ged to her bed chambers.

”Help me take this off.” Nobunaga said tired while he tried to undo the kimono he was wearing. Harumi rushed to his side and helped him out of the kimono. The garment was made from thick, heavy and stiff material. And due to all the things that were added onto the kimono Harumi felt like it weighted a ton.

”I can give you one of my sleeping gowns if you like.” Harumi laughed while putting the long and short sword away as well as the pistols he had been carrying.

”Thats alright, I'll sleep in my undergarments.” Nobunaga said while he sat down on the edge of the futon. While he sat there Harumi when back into the living quarters to the kitchenette to fetch a glass of water and a bucket.

”Drink this. Unfortunately I don't have any pain killers for you so you will get a hangover tomorrow.” She said while giving him the glass. Slowly Nobunaga drank the water while Harumi placed the bucked next to the futon. When Nobunaga would get sick and had to trow up he could do it in there instead of all over the floor.

”You haven't given me a gift for my birthday.” Nobunaga said while he handed Harumi the empty glass.

”Do you want it now or tomorrow?” Harumi asked with a small smile.

”Now please!” Nobunaga said with a big smile. His hair was one big mess. If he didn't brush it now it would be one big tangle by tomorrow morning. She walked to her dresser and grabbed Nobunaga's gift along with a brush. She handed him the rolled up parchment while she sat behind him and started to brush his hair. Nobunaga undid the ribbon that held the parchment in place and unrolled it. Harumi had decided to draw all kinds of stuff from her world for him, especially mechanical stuff because he was most interested in those things. She hoped he liked it. Her brush handling skills may have been improved, but her drawing skills definitely hadn't.

”That is the house i used to live in.” Harumi explained while looking over his shoulder. She had drawn her house along with the floor plan on a piece of paper that Nobunaga was studying carefully.

”It's so different from houses now.” He whispered while tracing the lines. On the floor plan Harumi had written what each room was and Nobunaga was tracing over the lined of her bedroom.

”I used to share a room with my older sister but she got married a year before I came to this time so now I have a room for myself.” She explained. Nobunaga went trough all the drawings. Some were of cars, trains and planes while others were of sky scrapers or landmarks.

”All done.” Harumi said when she had brushed out the last knot in his hair. She put the brush next to her while Nobunaga turned around to look at her, he had a pained expression on his face.

”What's the matter? Do you not like it? I knew I should have given you something else.” Harumi rambled.

”That's not it.” Nobunaga said while holding her hand.” I love it. It's the best gift I have ever received. I just... I'm sorry.” He mumbled.

”What for?” Harumi asked, still a bit concerned. Normally Nobunaga would never show such a vulnerable side of himself.

”Your world is so different from this one. I can't begin to imagine how hard it must be for you.” He explained quietly.

”That's alright. And thanks to you this world isn't all that bad.” Harumi smiled while giving him a kiss on his forehead and patting his head slowly.

”I just want you to be happy and I know that sending you back to your family and your own time is the answer but when I think about letting you go and never seeing you again, it breaks my heart.” Nobunaga continued. Harumi was taken aback by his words while tears started to form in her eyes and a lump in her throat.
