12 Sirgil Village (2/2)

It took him a day before he reached the outskirts of the Sirgil Village.

Sirgil Village was a simple village where people made their livelihood from farming and hunting. They didn't have much contact with rest of the world as this village was pretty isolated from the nearby villages and towns.

Yenma rubbed his chin as he looked at the village in the horizon, 'The previous owner of this body was from this village and was from a prominent family there…. Looks like I should check it out…'

Yenma proceeded towards the Tin family household in the village. Since Yenma had the memories of the previous owner of the body, he was well aware of all the sorrows and hardships the latter had experienced.

Looking at the carved: ”Tin Family Residence” at the entrance of the gate, Yenma for some reason felt nostalgic and happy. Yenma had not only inherited the previous body owner's memories but also a bit of his feelings and longings.

Before Yenma could realize what was happening, he found many guards around the entrance glare and surround him.

”Huh….?”, Yenma spoke out.

”Intruder! How dare you show up naked in front of the village head's residence! Are you trying to disrespect the village head!?”, One of the guards shouted out.

”Are you blind?.. I'm not naked.. I have covered my lower-half with leaves”, Yenma replied indignantly as if he had suffered some great injustice.
