He knew the situation wasn't good because the howls sounded so much closer to him and they were more than enough to pressure him!

'Just what level beasts are here?! Only with their howls I feel the hairs on my skin raising and my heart feels such huge pressure.', Yenma decided perhaps it was better that he just hid in one place instead of curiously wandering around and becoming a small snack of some beast.

Yenma found some shelter under a crooked demonic tree.

Just when Yenma wanted to take a small nap he heard lot of rustling sounds coming near him and it seemed to be heading towards his direction.

Yenma immediately stood up alert and faced towards that direction. After few moments the bush in front of Yenma started rustling and a small demonic critter jumped out.

'Its only a demonic critter… I was so scared for a moment. These critters are one of the creatures that are lowest on the food chain and are no different than common critters.', Yenma sighed in relief.

As Yenma was lost in his thoughts, a small drop of water fell on top of his head.

'Huh? Since when does it rain in Hell??!', The confused Yenma looked up and his eyes contracted.

Within the darkness, there was a huge 6-metre tall beast right behind him that was staring right at Yenma with its bright red eyes that glowed in dark, its jaws were open as drool continuously fell down from it. Its jade white like incisors looked as if it could cut through anything.

”Hroaarr…”

(Yenma:F*ck.)

Before Yenma could run or any movement, the jaws of the 6-metre tall beast descended and bit Yenma.
