89 Before the Wedding (2/2)
”Well I better go see my son. You take it easy okay. You're carrying my grandchild with you.” Nina patted my tummy softly.
”I will.” I said and smiled.
Nina walked outside.
”Jill it's time to wear the gown.” Andrea said. ”I'll help you.”
Two of my staff entered holding the gown. As I have said to Troy back then, I have designed my wedding gown to be a cathedral train ball gown type.
Silk fabric was used for the base. Lace was used on the top part from the chest to the waist. The top parts was full of beads with intricate design. The ball gown skirt was wide. It was topped with chiffon fabric. The back was semi backless with a big ribbon on the center of the waist and its tail was long and hanging on my back down to the floor.
Andrea and my staff helped me dress.
After putting it on I look in the full length mirror. I am now looking like a bride.
”You're so beautiful.” I hear my father's voice by the door.
I turned around and looked at him. He was looking sleek and handsome with his black tuxedo.
”My baby girl. You look like your mother.” Father was shedding small tears.
”Oh daddy.” I walked towards him. He opened his arms and took me in his embrace.
”My baby girl is now getting married. Ugh I can't seem to stop this tears. It's embarassing for a grown man to cry.” Father was blushing and embarassed. ”Let me look at my baby girl.”
He hold me in arms length and observed me. I was now starting to shed some tears as well.
”Oh come on now don't cry. You're make up will get ruined.” Father said.
”Don't worry daddy. My make up is water proof.” I giggled and father followed.
”Ah Jillian. I have dreamed for this day to come. That I will walk you down that aisle and give you to a capable man that will give you the happiness you deserve.” Father said. His face was full of affection.
”Thank you daddy. For showing me your love and affection.” I said full of gratitude.
”Ayah, of course I will love you. You're my only baby girl. Hahaha.” Father laughed heartily.
”I love you daddy.” I said and hugged him.
”I love you too baby girl.” Father replied. ”Well look at the time. We can't let the groom wait for long now. Let's get this started.”
I wiped my tears and nodded.
