”Remember also that if it wasn't for my plans, you wouldn't be Mrs. Williams now. The time Julian was breaking up with you I told you to let him meet you personally then drug him so he would sleep with you. Because of that he thought Julia was his biological daughter.”
”Also when he made the DNA test with your daughter I was the one that helped you change the results.”
”You became the legal wife of Julian because of his 1st wife's death. I was the one that planted one of my subordinates to be her personal nurse when she fell ill. She was poisoned to death slowly without any evidence of poison in her body.”
”I was also the one that planned Jillian's downfall to pave the way for your daughter to be the sole heiress to the Williams fortune.”
”So don't you dare threaten me Victoria!” Adrian's voice became big and sinister. ”Because if I like to, I can erase you and your daughter without any evidence leading to me. You are just chess pieces to my schemes. If you are of no use to me I can cast you aside. So be careful of your actions.”
Victoria shivered in fear. When she met Adrian he was just a kid. Even when he was young he was a scheming little devil. What more now that he has the power of the Montgomery empire at his disposal. She was curious what Julian had done with this man to hate him to the core and planned all this cruel things. Not only that he was savoring the sorrow that his plans brought to Julian.
”I understand.” Victoria said in defeat. She knew she can't argue with Adrian or she and Julia will pay a heavy price.
Adrian ended the call and put down the phone. He crossed his arms and smirked.
”Queenie Versales.” Adrian mentioned. ”You're like a rose. Beautiful but full of thorns.”

”You have your father's cleverness. It looks like I have to pay more attention to you in the future.” Adrian gave an evil smile.
