It was to the point where if Fearless were to raise his butt, Wang Yu would know what kind of poop would come out.

Like what was mentioned in previous chapters, Quan Zhen Sect was not a mainstream guild as they were planning to embark on the elitist path. The whole guild only had a few members and it operated in a significantly different manner from Sanguine Alliance.

For Quan Zhen Sect to have a main city to themselves, they have to give authority to the other guilds to look after every city district of the island. Currently, Quan Zhen Sect already had three cities under them excluding the affiliated cities.

Twilight City and Harbor City had players from the Chinese server, hence they could make use of the other guilds to help with the development of the city. Now that Black Dragon Guild was gone, Yamatai City was only left with Quan Zhen Sect players.

A city would not be a city without any players.

Not only did main cities require a maintenance fee, quests had to be completed to obtain main city contribution points and these were not things that a single person could achieve.

No matter how good Quan Zhen Sect was, they weren’t able to replace a few million players.

The reason why Fearless told Evil Rampage about this was to make Evil Rampage bring his players to become free commoners in this city…

With Peerless Heaven’s number of players in Yamatai, it would not be easy for Black Dragon Guild to invade this place in the future.

Of course, what Fearless said about keeping the goodies within the family was not untrue as well. Even though Fearless let Peerless Heaven players become free labour for contribution points, all the resources on the island still belonged to Peerless Heaven and Quan Zhen Sect.

Having the exclusive rights to all the resources in a city was a VIP privilege that only big guilds who had a main city could enjoy. Fearless did not want to give such privileges to other guilds, hence Evil Rampage was the best choice.

With such a huge amount of resources in Yamatai City, they would be rich very soon if Quan Zhen Sect could be in charge of collecting rent and Peerless Heaven in charge of mining.

After speaking to Fearless, Wang Yu looked for Evil Rampage’s name in his friends list and gave him the authority. Evil Rampage reached after a short while.

“Hey, brother, hi, Fearless!” Evil Rampage greeted both of them.

“En!”

Wang Yu nodded his head calmly and showed a strict older brother look. Fearless answered with a smile, “How are you, Evil?”

“I’m fine!” Evil Rampage was swift as ever and went straight to the topic after giving a short response, “Let’s go to the mining area.”

“Why the hurry? Don’t you want to have a sip or two with us?” Fearless asked politely.

“I don’t have time for that…” Evil Rampage waved his hands and continued, “There are a few accounts from some main cities that were not balanced. I have to go take a look later on.”

Evil Rampage’s business was spread across two factions and three hundred main cities. It was not surprising for the accounts to not be balanced since it was the first time Evil Rampage started a company, and he obviously had to go down to settle the accounts personally.

“Let’s head to the mining area then!” After knowing that Evil Rampage had things to be done later on, Fearless stopped dragging and went to the mining area with the Wang brothers.

Yamatai City’s mining area was in the rural area of the city that could only be reached after many turns. It was a relief that all three of them could fly and could get there in a straight route.

After about ten minutes, the three of them reached the ming area and all of them looked down at the glow from the minerals.

“How is that?” Fearless asked Evil Rampage, “The minerals here are not bad, isn’t it?”

However, Evil Rampage frowned and said, “The minerals are great indeed, but they are a little weird.”
