After the effort they put in to reduce that amount of health of the BOSS, Lone Vagrant Guest cursed when he saw that the health instantly returned to the maximum again.
After cursing, the BOSS had already charged towards Lone Vagrant Guest with the dagger in his hand.
Lone Vagrant Guest immediately turned pale as he hurriedly shouted, ”Uncle Lyon, I was wrong. The truth is that I admire you greatly.”
No one knew if Assassin Lyon really took Lone Vagrant Guest's words for real. However, he turned his dagger away without expressing any emotions. The shaft of the dagger touched Lone Vagrant Guest and he let out an 'aiya'. After that, he was no longer able to move.

One Page Book took off immediately in an attempt to escape. However, how can a puny level 30 Thief outrun a level 50 BOSS? Within two to three steps, Assassin Lyon caught up with One Page Book and appeared in front of her.
Lone Vagrant Guest shouted loudly, ”Sister, faster beg for him not to kill you…”
One Page Book was a person with dignity and was definitely as thick-skinned as Lone Vagrant Guest. Even at this point in time, One Page Book was reluctant to beg for her life with the person who wanted to kill her.
Seeing the arrival of Assassin Lyon, One Page Book decided to go direct as she charged towards Assassin Lyon. With her swift movements, her dagger went right through the left side of his chest.
Since this BOSS mentioned about piercing his heart, this move should be able to cause a significant amount of damage.

Were we tricked again?
While One Page Book was felt despair, Assassin Lyon's dagger had already landed. However, he didn't kill One Page Book but used the shaft of his dagger to touch her too. Similarly, he went on to slap One Page Book's body to knock out her weapons.
Assassin Lyon's mercy made Lone Vagrant Guest remember that some moralities of certain jobs were strict about not killing women and children. However, Lone Vagrant Guest was confused as he muttered to himself, ”I can't believe women have such privileges… But besides her voice, how did Assassin Lyon tell that One Page Book is a girl?”
Initially, both of them thought that this Ancient BOSS was more in name than in reality after seeing how it was struggling to fight Wang Yu. However, Assassin Lyon managed to control the two of them within seconds of raising his dagger. This made the duo realised how truly terrifying this Ancient Boss was.
It wasn't because the BOSS was weak but because Wang Yu was too strong. Lone Vagrant Guest also reacted to the situation as he finally realised the difference between himself and Wang Yu. He was a rogue player who relied on money to rise above the ranks. Wang Yu, on the other hand, relied on his supreme skills…
After all these, the BOSS caught up with Wang Yu again. It was truly an insult to be humiliated by a level 35 Pugilist. Assassin Lyon's hatred for Wang Yu increased to yet another level as his moves were even sharper and quicker than before.
Wang Yu took out two more daggers from his bag to counter every move from the BOSS. Even though it was rather balanced, Wang Yu felt that he was defending more than he was attacking.
Lone Vagrant Guest suggested, ”Brother Bull, beg him to not kill you…”
”Can you just shut up?” Wang Yu didn't even have time to argue with Lone Vagrant Guest so One Page Book seized the opportunity to help Wang Yu reprimand Lone Vagrant Guest.
Lone Vagrant Guest replied, ”You saw it too. This BOSS has such high defense and can even regain his health. This fight is meaningless so why don't we plead for mercy.”
One Page Book pointed at the fight as she responded, ”Do you really think Assassin Lyon will let him go even if Wang Yu begged him?
Lone Vagrant Guest turned his head to take a look and felt so miserable when he realised they were caught in an irresolvable situation.
Assassin Lyon truly hated Wang Yu that much. Against Lone Vagrant Guest and co, Assassin Lyon showed so much mercy. It was only against Wang Yu that he swung his dagger around so often. He never looked like he was ever planning to show mercy and even Lone Vagrant Guest could notice that.
”So what do we do? Brother Bull struck his heart but it didn't cause much damages.”
